Horrible service, the manager had angry tone when I called to complain about my order. My food arrived without any pho sauces, utensils, lemon, mint any of the normal things you get… husband’s sandwich was pretty much bread and pork. We paid extra for the veggies and large broth. My broth was cold, and not large. The manager just said it’s Ubers fault, didn’t even care or listen. Rude and disrespectful service. You pay so much in these Uber take outs and it never goes well.

"As a Vietnamese who has eaten many banh mi’s in my lifetime, this place has disappointed me. I came in with high hopes as there aren't many places in Bothell to get banh mi. The bread is much thinner than traditional banh mi, the meat-to-bread ratio was terrible—it was like they were rationing the meat—and it didn't taste like the pork was freshly grilled."

The food is always excellent here and quick. I enjoy the Banh Mi's and the Egg Roll's the most. I've had the Pho which is okay as well. Love supporting local businesses that serve great tasting food!

Was recommended this little gem today by a work friend. They were super fast, it's a very clean and a mellow place even with the lunch rush. I'm very picky and lots of add on things/substitution type of person and they didn't seem bothered at all, extremely accommodating and efficient. Food was bomb. I had chicken pho with a ton of green onions, soy and all the sauces and egg rolls. Highly recommend this establishment

I ordered for delivery most of the time but I did pick up my food from this restaurant once.I wish Vietnamese Ham sandwich has a bit more pate on it. I like Grilled Pork (Heo Nuong) and Fried Egg Rolls.I recommend this restaurant.
This is more like a 3.5 star. What we ordered:Chicken pho - yummy. Flavorful. Tender chicken. We wished there was some chili sauce other than siracha Pork Banh Mi - my hubby said he wishes there were more veggies and mayo but the poor was delicious Egg Roll - these came out pretty greasy and blazing hot. If you like them packed with meat these are for you. My little likes her with more noddles and veg so the hubs and I ate hers for her lol Service: 4 starQuick, friendly, clean

Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a regular size pho Tai to go and the soup portion is barely half the plastic to go container. See pictures below as I had to remove most of the noodles just so it can be soup. This is incredible that the restaurant thinks the ratio of the broth to noodle/meat portions they served for my order are good.Reply: I moved the noodles to the broth container because I was reheating the soup and once I started adding the noodles there were too many. I did go to your location in Bothell, I just went there today as it's extremely close to me...

We ordered two veggie sandwiches, I have to say they serve one of the best veggie sandwiches. They were very quick in getting the order ready and people were friendly. It's a very clean restaurant and have great seating area both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend it! We plan to try their pho too , will update the review once we try it. Double thumbs up for this restaurant, we will return for sure.

This is an eatery in the middle of a business park, but I personally think it's worth the visit for the Bahn mi. Very busy at lunch time with visitors from the nearby employees of the businesses in the park, but finding a spot to sit wasn't that hard. Recommend trying it!
