Second time trying this place. My impressions: vanilla milkshake is terrible, tastes like the cheapest ice cream on the market, very watery, heavy, it tastes like I'm drinking melted butter. The chicken burger is ok, but the amount of lettuce is hilarious. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.(Oh both time I ordered through UberEats and it takes ONE hour until the food is ready to the driver pick up - besides this the delivery to my place was 10 minutes)

My husband and I have been remodeling our kitchen this past week. I looked at him today and said, " I want some really good fries." I gave him the option to drive to Edmonds (to another hometown fast food joint), or we could go to Burgermaster. We agreed that since we were driving from our home east of Sultan, we'd go to Bothell. We are tired, sore, and hungry. The young man who took our order was very nice. I ordered grilled cheese and large fries, and my my husband had a Burgermaster and large fries. It's true we haven't been in a couple of years. I see the menu is different. There are no baskets anymore. But the fries were absolutely horrible. Cold, hard, dry, and terribly stubby. I did not care for the change in the grilled cheese. They use sour dough bread now. It wasn't that squishy, soft, grilled cheese sandwich that they used to have. My husband said his burger was ok. Hopefully, this was just a bad experience and not a change they've made. We will try another time, but if it's the same, we will be saying "goodbye" to Burgermaster. I've been going to Burgermaster since 1977.

It's a drive-in, and as such it is wonderful.Vegetarian options: They have vegan burger patty options.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Since it's a drive-in you don't even need to get out of your car. So wheelchair access is moot.

First time trying burgermaster, great service and delicious food. The butterscotch shake was amazing!

Went last night & got 5 shakes all with whip cream that they charge $.50 for and they put one thin line of whip cream, we got 2 shakes same flavor just one with malt they didn’t add, both the shakes tasted exactly the same but charged for it. Please actually add toppings you charge people for!!!

Really cool concept, old school drive in burger joint. park your car, ride either via QR code or walk up to a kiosk inside but someone actually came to our car and took our order as well. Convenient that they use Apple Pay too. We got fish sandwich, mini Burgermaster, and fries. The lady who took our order was so nice and kind, and asked us about any additional toppings we wanted and all the different sauces. I was pleasantly surprised! My fish sandwich was really good although I wouldn't pay $11 for it. The fries were good as well, more on the softer end. Mini burger master seemed worth it at $5.50. But for fast food, paying over $8 for a burger doesn't fly in my book. The place was busy but we got a spot quickly. The person taking our order let us know the wait would be 15-20 min so it was nice of her to let us know before we ordered. All in all, not bad if you're willing to fork over the $$. I'm glad I tried it but would prob opt for a mini burger and fries next time.

Pros: delicious burger ( only tried the burgermelt) , great onion rings. Food is fresh and hot I had to give it a few minutes before eating. It is noted that the ingredients / items are antibiotic free / local / hand churned etc, if that is truly the case I think the price is reasonable, the burger was great quality!Cons: waitress is rude and impatient, it was my first time ever and she was super unhelpful, cutting me off when I ask questions for clarity and being noticeably irritated. Perhaps there is a quota that the waitresses have to meet which is why she was so impatient. I asked her how long the wait would be and before I finished asking my question she cut me off to say “20 minutes “. Thankfully my meal was out in 15 minutes.I must mention that this place gets a lot of traffic, if you want to eat in your car that’s pretty limited , it took about 10 minutes to get a spot.Would I come back ? Yes the food is great ! I’d probably order take out to avoid the not so pleasant interaction with staff.

I had a horrible crispy chicken sandwich today, Bothell location. I usually go a couple times a month and everything's always great. This crispy sandwich, I just got, was half the size of the bun and probably three, maybe four bites and I mean bites. I don't know what's going on with their chicken but bring back the old one. Very soggy fries to top off the meal.

I've been going to Burgermaster for 35 years. I don't go often but every time you go you get quality service and juicy hamburgers.
