I picked up a pound of brisket and pulled pork. Excellent! The apple butter bbq house sauce was sweet and not spicy. Great! The smoked Mac and cheese was a real hit with my wife and kids. I would recommend, especially if you are staying at the campground across the intersection.

We came in for Sunday afternoon brunch. The people were friendly. They served us quickly. We had our ribs within 10 minutes of sitting down. Love the different barbecue flavors. The ribs were delicious just by themselves. The smoke was light and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Large area concrete floor. Big tables. Lots of room kids to get messy!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out.

This place is a joke. Tried coming here on a Saturday around 6pm and they were out of pretty much everything. Tried on another Saturday at 5pm and arrived to sheets of paper taped to the door that they were closed for a private event.Website itself didn’t have that info. We’re local to Bothell and definitely won’t waste our time trying to come here ever again.

Came in pretty close to closing but they were nothing but phenomenal. They even managed to upsell me on buying a brownie! Super personable, more a family kinda attitude rather than outright friendly customer service, which is a nice change of pace. We got two sandwiches, both of which were great--though the spicy barbeque sauce I tried on my husband's sandwich was a bit too much for me, but the mild was perfect for probably the best chicken sandwich I've had. Worth every penny.

Finally some authentic BBQ in Seattle! It's not the best I've had (having grown up in the south) but it's a pretty solid BBQ experience! I'd say they're strengths are the sides, the sauce and the desserts, the meat is good but not consistent and sometimes dry. My favorite was surprisingly the Hot Link, I'm not a sausage guy but wow was that good. Overall definitely coming back, I give it a 8/10 for Washington standards.

Carolina and Spicy B.The cornbread was also not dry.I lived 20+ years in Tennessee before moving here to Seattle area, and I had been looking for Real BBQ.This is it. I'm happy I found Carolina Smoke.I'll be back.

Wow! I went in on Sunday and it was pretty busy. But got my order with in 5 minutes or less, and it was amazing. Service and my brisket was amazing. Owner was there he and took my order and brought to me. Can't wait to go back!!

Our new favorite "Texas style" BBQ N of Seattle. Brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs all tender and juicy. If on carnivoire, this is the place. No sugary marnades..all sauces on side. Owner from S.Carolina and knows his BBQ. Great weekly specials too. We just missed tomorrow's Gumbo special .. we'll be back for sure!
