Worst Chole Bhature in Seattle area. I have been to their Bellevue location and always liked the food. But tried chole bhature at Bothell location and they were tasteless watery. Won't recommend Bothell Location.

Making it upscale will be worth now since the area has high earners.

I ordered idli, which arrived with two types of chutneys and sambar. Unfortunately, the idli was cold, and the coconut chutney contained whole dal pieces that were not ground well, disrupting every bite. Additionally, the sambar didn't resemble authentic sambar; rather, it tasted more like North Indian tadka dal, which was disappointing.

A lack luster place to describe the atmosphere. My wife and k decided to go to chat house for what this is like our 2nd trip to this place in like 5 years since we moved to Bothell. I don’t remember my previous experience but this time, I could clearly see some of the food on display near cash counter lacked any visual appeal. Nevertheless, we ordered a chai, two samosas and pain puri. None tasted good. We walked out of the restaurant with a bad taste and bad feeling. Not sure what it was but chai was milky which I suppose some people like. However samosas were luke warm and nothing appetizing about pani poori. We don’t plan to ever go there again. Neither the atmosphere nor the food is interesting enough to warrant another trip to this food joint.

Mysore bonda: 100/100I would recommend the rava dosa; try chilli panner; Chole Bhatura is also goodI personally would say kinda skip the Raj kachori but most of the food is decent. its pure Veg place.
I highly recommend Gobi Biryani, very unique taste. Indian Breakfast and Snacks are also good.

Delicious and my first choice if I want to go out for good vegetarian foodEdit 2024: came back, it's more busy and still delicious as always. Definitely a little more intimidating as there's a line and a dining room full of people, but it's worth it:) only thing I'd say us the lassis are way too small for the price
