Used to eat at Ella's a lot when I worked at a prior company in the same building. Fast forward to this year and I'm working in same area so back to Ella's I went. I have tried it a few times in the last couple of months and I won't be going back again. Quality has definitely declined, and the person who works there now is not friendly. When Ella used to be there she was always friendly, not so with current person. But I can get past that for the convenience when I'm in the building. What I can't get past is hair in the food. Had a long hair in my sandwich on Thursday, so gross. And just now my coworker had a sandwich from Ella's and she also has a hair in her food. There is clearly a lack of food prep precaution, which makes me wonder what other cleanliness issues they have. Once is an accident. Twice in 3 business days is a bigger issue.

Good Variety, the Taewook Sandwich is awesome! My coffee is better than Starbucks and cheaper! Will definitely continue to come!

Conveniently located in the business park to grab a quick sandwich or soup of the day. They have baked goods as well. Had the tuna sandwich, quick and easy.

The sandwiches are great! I’m a big fan of their hot subs. They have a punchcard loyalty program. Plus it’s close to work, a small business, and priced well.I’d highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch.

Update: The gyro plate is also SO good! Comes with pita bread, taziki sauce, curry rice and a fresh salad ?I order here weekly and it's always quick and convenient to order pickup through Uber eats!I'm OBSESSED with the avocado grilled cheese sandwich and the blended drinks! Highly recommend. ?

I was in the business park and wanted a breakfast sandwich. McDonald's, some other places, OR Ella's with 4 stars. I was so tired of MD's and their McMuffin is like $4, not 4 stars. Let's try Ella's, it took another minute to drive up the hill and I started to see Ella's signs. Ordered basic egg, ham, and cheese on a muffin. Quick. Thought about ketchup, no, eat straight up. VERY impressed, I could taste everything and it was great. I'll be taking the kids soon. Only drawback, they're not open on weekends.
So it took me a couple of tries to find this place. The signs get you close, but they are in the first of several big office buildings. The sandwich I got (club) was meh. The bread was really dry and just kind of disintegrated while eating. I look at restaurants whether they are adding something to the item more than the sum of its parts. The answer is NO here. If you want a sandwich your kids can make you, go here, it's fine, really just OK. But there are much better place just down the street even.
