Prices seemed higher than high to me. That might have been main Street Bothell venue. The menu was confusing, the sushi I ordered was not what I envisioned or what the waiter described. It seemed to be more artistic than the standard nigiri. The yakisoba noodles were bland, I was hoping for some more flavor. I just wanted a bowl of noodles, but I was charged for the full entree. Without the sashimi vegetables.

The spot reminds me of the old-school Japanese war in the wall places. It's small and intimate and you can tell there's history here. They're not trying to be flashier over the top. The fish is good. The quality is great and I think you're getting really great value with your ordering sushi, sashimi, or food from the kitchen. I've come here many times over the years and I'm always pleased with what I order.

We went to this place because another place we wanted to go was under construction. The quality of the sushi was so-so, I think the seafood could be more fresh, it actually gave my daughter stomach problems for a day. Otherwise everything was pretty standard, nothing too fancy or wow for sushi. I think you could get a better value sushi meal elsewhere.
Ordering was quick and the food was really good. I will note it took a long time for our food to come out but that was probably because our party was fairly large (eight people)I'm not normally a fish person but I really enjoyed all the different kinds of sushi we got to try. The deluxe sushi meal was very good variety.Dietary restrictions: They readily accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance

We’ve come here almost once a quarter for the last five years. We love that it is a local and authentic sushi restaurant. The restaurant has been around for couple of decades and the owner is still making food behind the counter. We love the rolls, but nigiri is where it’s at. I typically order the chirashi bowl with fresh cuts of the day and my hubby usually orders a couple of rolls but mainly nigiri pieces. We’ve gotten the omakse in the past, but because it’s a smaller restaurant with only two chefs, they were very slow to come out.

Sushi Hana first visit. Ordered on line and picked up my order. Odd experience while waiting for order in the restaurant at a table. The restaurant was not busy at the time but it was only shortly after 5:00. The waiter handed me my order and I thanked him. No response from this young man and he kind of sneered and looked away. Maybe he was offended by my mask wearing. As I was leaving though the proprietor woman said Thank You from a distance. I kindly looked back and gave her a nice wave. Then I heard a young man say Your Welcome loudly - I glanced around and saw no young man other than two young male waiters. I then responded with a Your Welcome of my own. All very strange, unsettling and dissappointing. I had left a 20% tip so I do not think that was the issue. I was nicely dressed enough for the occasion as well. I had no interaction with anyone else in the restaurant. The food was good with the exception of the nigiri yellowtail. Why they would serve such a stringy cut lacking flavor or taste is beyond me. Sort of like the last two inches of the tail. Do they look upon takeout customers as less value? I would have thought better of Sushi Hana given their higher prices.
