I came in on a Tuesday at about 2:00 and was met with one employee covering for the other ones break surprisingly this one female employee is so good at what she does she completely handled everything faster than I could have imagined it possible and with efficiency and precision all while maintaining a friendly happy demeanor greeting customers as they Arrived and making orders perfectly. Very impressedParking: Plenty of parking because of the shopping center location is easy to find and also you can see your car from your booth because of the amount of Windows the entire front of the store is literally made of windows it's a great way to ensure the safety of your property and also CA be able to see better. Because of the natural lightKid-friendliness: Uh OMG seemed like a very friendly atmosphere and plenty os space

If you like pizza I'm sure you'll love MOD pizza, probably for sure, cuz it is quite delicious! But then again I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with no complaints, cuz I'm obsessed with pizza!

A great spot for quick and easy pizza. Everyone is always super friendly and polite. We get to pick our own toppings and the pizzas are ready pretty quickly. Love this place.

I used to eat at MOD back in FL but it's my first time trying it in WA. My cauliflower crust pizza was made perfectly. Even with all the toppings it still had the perfect fold and was not soggy. Definitely had enough for leftovers. I appreciate being able to put as many toppings as I want without a surcharge. The employees are kind & do their job well. Definitely will be coming back!

Delicious as always. Poor kids were understaffed and a little backed up at 3pm on a weener. Maybe scheduling issues?Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have mini mod, which is a kid size personal pizza. Also a soda machine, lots of places to sit, and bathrooms.

We've been frequenters of this mod location for many years both in-person and delivery. This last time, we had a few hiccups with our pizza. We went back to the store and talked to the manager. Understanding things happen we're hoping for a quick revision. Manager was amazing. I can't speak highly enough of how they jumped into action. Kind, fast, helpful. He offered us drinks while we waited. Truly wonderful customer service. We love the staff here. Thanks for helping smooth our night out.

Great place, food and service. I really appreciate the support they give to the local community thru their fundraisers as well.Parking: Parking is tight and can be sparse when they are busy. I usually park on the Mud Bay side where it is a bit more open.
Ended up ordering at wrong mod was waiting till a nice worker noticed and asked to see confirmation so we pulled it up and he showed we ordered at the wrong location instead of saying you'll have to go he said we can just call them to cancel the order over there and you can reorder here so instead of having to travel far we just waited a little longer and got it there. Overall-Great service and we've been to this mod many times its always been great. Add on it was also very busy that day and all the employees were working hard.
Cute that you do fund raisers but you have ruined your business for the general public. Absolute scrubs compared to most other locations. This used to be a place people could go when they wanted something easy. You ruined that. 30 min average waits.

Went there for a quick lunch. The gal prepared my pizza but there was no cook. So it sat there with no one to cook it. I left. They don't seem to care about customer service at this location.

Worst service especially when you order google online. Waited more than an hour but still asked me to wait for another 20minutes. And this was my last trip to this store. Strongly suggest to avoid this store be as you never get your order.

Wow!!! Here on a Sunday at lunchtime, today. Only 4 employees and a line to the door. The employees are kicking you-know-what and taking names. They are obviously very dedicated to what they do, and care about the customers. The patrons are being patient as they see how incredibly fast the employees are getting through the orders, including a huge amount of call-ins. The employees remain kind, with smiles. If I were the manager/owner, I might schedule an extra person for Sunday lunch rush (though, perhaps this was an anomaly?)
