Clean, comfy, and filling spot to eat for breakfast. I got the pumpkin pancakes and chicken sausages. The food did not disappoint and I loved how crisp the sausages were on the outside. I can now return to my abode full and happy.Vegetarian options: Almond milk alternative available

The wait time borderline (25min) lots of open tables, even though we asked for coffee it took awhile for it show up, they asked if we wanted cream ~ not specifying that they only have plain cream. Server walked off after calling for them multiple times, finally had to get up and go find somebody else to get help. In the end the coffee was burnt. I mean that's an achievement of some sort or they were serving yesterday's coffee reheated. BTW that coffee was about $4 on its own, for black drip burnt coffee.I had ordered the fresh vegetable omelette. My mistake was not asking exactly what vegetables were included. To my horror they included broccoli. Don't seem to remember there being any onions included though. The presentation of said omelette was lazy. It took me a minute to figure it out but they flopped it from the pan on onto the plate. They overcooked the bottom and it showed. The top side (now facedown on the plate) looked right.I also ordered a side chicken fried steak. It was actually a decent size. As a first for me, I have never had a medium cooked chicken fried steak. Again, my fault for not specifying. As for the taste, it was just above bland. Thankfully the can commercial gravy they used offered some sort of flavor.About 3/4 of the way through our meal we got our first refill of burnt coffee and water, after I asked for it.Atmosphere was alright, place is a newer building, looks nice but it's chilly inside. For a good laugh, they are offering to sell you their coffee mugs 1 for $20, 2 for $30.This was my first and thankfully last time going there. As Spider-Man would say in Family Guy "Everybody gets one".Vegetarian options: "fresh vegetable omelette" has broccoli, no onions.

Very disappointed family meal. Over priced for the food, both quality and quantity wise. Waiting staff didn't provide any napkins for a table of 5 adults and 2 kids. Ordered grapefruit juice 9am and was told it was out.

It's been a while since I went to an Original Pancake House because I moved and do not have one near me anymore, so when we were visiting Bothell and I saw there was one there, we had to have it. Well, it did not disappoint, in fact exceeded my expectation and I have to tell you with all the pent up want I had my expectations were high. The place was spotless, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The manager came out to check on us and I could not say enough to them about what a great restaurant they ran! I know... it's a chain, but not all are created equal.

Dutch boy pancake, not puffy. They've gotten smaller also. Bacon is good but very salty. They don't offer hash browns. Pigs in the blanket were also overpriced. There's better, less expensive alternatives out there.

Way over priced. No parking. Seems to be a popular place to the retirement home next door. Small portion.
Waiting there for almost 20 minutes, no one is turning up for reception

Food took forever, and server spilled our food on the table; didn’t say sorry and just walked away, but the food did taste good. But the food was expensive. I will not comeback again.

Paige was our server and was great. Everyone was helpful and polite. They have a good team. My family normally goes here, and now I can see why. Thanks for the good food and time.Parking: Not a lot of spots by the restaurant on Sunday when it is busy. I think there were more in the back. Might need to drop off your guests/family and park.
