Updated 4/21/24. The food is still good. Service has gone down but it may be because we had a party of 7 at 6pm on a Sunday. Updated 4/18/23. Went for lunch with a party of 4 in the bar area. Food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and the waitress was on top of the refills. Updated 12/23 The menu has had a few new items added to it. Service was still good and I would recommend it for lunch.

Our food set under the warmer for 10 minutes, I could see it from my seat in the bar. I saw many workers wandering around the warming station.Finally the overworked bartender grabbed it for us. The salad was wilted and the fries were cold. The bartender/waiter had no time to check on us and never was able to ask us if we needed anything. I wanted more food but they never attempted to help us and we could not get their attention. This was the last try for this place ever, this was one of many tries for this location as we have enjoyed other Red Robin before. No more

We sat in the bar, weekday lunch was not too busy. The bartender hustles and is friendly. They did change the bun and no paper wrapper for the burger.Convenient, fairly quick and very filling.

We went here because my son had a gift card. The fries/ waters/ utensils never arrived and we ended up ordering through the person delivering food. We saw the waiter 2x. The food was so not good and again, they gave us barely any fries and the kids plates were so small.

Usually Red Robin is a go to. But this time our 15min wait turned into 45 minutes, then another hour to actually get our food. The manager tried to make up for it by coming by at the end and getting a side of bacon for my daughter.

We love this Red Robin's, we go here all the time and the staff are such kind and caring waiters and waitress. The atmosphere is excellent and the service can be long but they are very friendly and they bring fries to help the wait.
