Don’t pass up this awesome family owned taco truck located in downtown Bothell. They are always friendly & sweet. They have all sorts of to die for Birria dishes. We love their huge, enough for 2 meals, burritos. ? Food quality is always consistent.

We had a wet burrito and another sandwich type dish.We had mexican coke, agua fresca tamarindo and guarritas in the pineapple flavor.Make sure to request the complementary pickled jalapenos, they elevate every dish to the next level.Vegetarian options: All dishes can be customized to a vegetarian liking.

This is our favorite food truck, i typically get the quesabirria #34 that comes with the consomé. My girlfriend gets the carnitas plate. Both are really good, the pork has a lot of flavor in the carnitas plate and the quesabirria dipped in the consumé is . The carnitas quesadilla is really good too. Good portions and a great value. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food.

I am very happy to find this food truck. Casually walking around Bothell downtown area and found this truck parked near the Baskin-Robbins. Plenty of items on their menu. I loved their tacos. Spicy, very flavorful and delicious. Can't ask for more. The salsas served alongside the tacos are dope! Ever since this is my go to place for tacos. Very economical as well. I have tried the burritos as well. Good portion, value for money and delicious. Looked like it run by a family. The staffs are friendly. They have a few tables behind the food truck for dine-in as well.
