It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the full parking lot was an excellent indicator. Our food was simply great. It was a little difficult to hear with the live music going on, a little earlier than I'd expect, but that can be good too. Just don't expect a quiet place for fancy service on a date.. I only saw 1 guy working the bar, the tables & food service and he was absolutely hustling and working his tail off taking care of everybody. We'll definitely be back !!Vegetarian options: I think the vegetarian options are limited to Fries & Cheese.Dietary restrictions: They were very flexible on available substitutes we requested.Parking: Fairly small lot and lots of customers, well worth working a bit 4 parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very much a bar inside, I'm not sure if kids are even allowed, but the staff was very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor with pretty standard doorways and the tables are pretty close. I'd be sure to call ahead and see if they could reserve a table by the entrance for wheelchair access.

The music was honestly the best part of this place. Service was decent. Went for the “world famous fish and chips” and it ended up being ridiculously greasy with smaller than expected portions. The butterfly shrimp were better than the fish for sure. Overall underwhelming even for a hole in the all place.

If I could give it 0 stars I would…The music (AMAZING BAND) and atmosphere was the only reason me and my partner bared through this experience.When we came into the restaurant, we were not only not greeted but meet with stares from staff and customers. We sat down for about 10 minutes waiting on someone to come over to us. I finally instructed my partner to ask for me and you he told me that when he walked up here first grade at the lady say good evening and asked for menu in the first thing, she said, was, let me see your ID. She brought our menus, but barely wanted to wait on our table and she was rude and passive aggressive to both of us in separate incidents and at the table as someone who’s never had the PUPU platter before I didn’t know that the barbecue pork was a COLD option, and when I asked about it, she barely informed me. I had the fish and chips with the clam chowder in the clam chowder was disgusting. The worst I’ve had in Washington!! The fish wings and shrimp were okay. I believe my dollars as good as everybody else’s so I don’t understand why the bad treatment this night. She waited on other tables and had a smile and laughed , don’t want it to be about race, but it felt that way. I am thankful for the young busboy who is kind enough to help us ask for our check in leave never again.

Once again brother Dons has done it they could put more chips in the taco salad though best one I've had so far.
We visit Brother Don’s several times a month to have dinner and listen to live music. I love how committed they are to providing a venue for live music almost every day! The atmosphere is “homey” and the staff are friendly Nd welcoming. The food is consistently much better than you might expect. Brother Don’s definitely goes out of their way to foster community, and I’m grateful for the fun experiences I enjoy here.
