Finally got to try this! We tried one of each musubi, as well as one coffee and one red bull drink. The last who attended is was super sweet and friendly & everything was delicious. I loved the bacon avocado the most and my spouse loves the spicy tuna. I don't know what kind of sauce came with that spicy tuna but it is amazing. The drinks were too but I don't know if I can order drinks next time. This is drive through *only* and it's really the drinks that delay the drive through as the musubis are already made and it makes me uncomfortable to slow it down.I think the one thing I really don't like is the drive through situation. Only maybe 4-6 cars fit into the area and the rest need to stay out in the street, in the suicide lane waiting for a spot which just gets me all antsy as someone could easily/accidentally cut in front. Also if you are not in a car, are you supposed to stand in the street? Doesn't seem safe.I would think it would be best to have the line snake through the parking lot. OR maybe place an order, get a ticket, wait in car, and have it brought out for drink orders, but they need more than one worker for that. OR maybe a walk-up only would be the best option, so have people park and then they form a line in person. Any of those would mean no one is in the street.Basically the food and the service are amazing, but really wish they could work with the way their setup works.

Just found this place after living in Bremerton for a year. Wish I’d known about it sooner. The spicy tuna onagiri is amazing - just like you can get in Hawaii or Japan. My husbands had spam musabi and says it’s legit too. Prices are very good too. I will be back for sure!

I've been going to Cafe Kai for years. The staff their always make you feel welcomed and will share in the laughs. I've had many experiences where they've remembered details about me and even my family. They check in and truly make you feel valued as a customer but even more as a person. Their musubi's are equally up to par with their customer service and the coffee? Absolutely delightful. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Cafe Kai to get their Bacon avocado musubi, plantation iced tea, and their dirty chai mac-nut coffee. They are an amazing spot for the Kitsap community.

This is the best musubi in all of kitsap!! The coffee is good too but I mostly come here when I’m craving musubi. The building is decorated nicely as well.

I visited the cafe kai in Bremerton for the first time yesterday. I live right up the road and have wanted to try it for the longest. The young lady who was working the drive through window was awesome. She was so nice, and cheerful! She was smiling, and helpful. Being treated so well by nice people first thing in the morning really starts your day off well! AND NOW THE FOOD! I had never had musubi before, and have wanted to try it. I ordered the SPAM MUSUBI. It was life changing!! I got the spicy sauce with it (Sriracha mayo). It was fresh and warm and absolutely delicious! What a perfect breakfast! And CHEAP! The price was only $2.50 +tx.. Needless to say I will be a frequent flyer at Cafe Kai. Thank you for a life changing experience!

Cafe Kai is the BEST! The candy, musubis and coffee are all amazing! Not to mention the people who own it and run are some of the sweetest and most genuine people. I'd recommend to anyone!

They say it's the best musubi in Town. I say that's underselling it - it ain't just the musubi, the drinks are amazing too.

This is one of me and my husband's favorite food spots! So delicious and incredible service. They sell out sometimes so make sure you go earlier when they open!

It's been so long since I've been here. Jamie is one of the owners. Used to work with her at clearwater casino. Her and her husband have had this spot for a long time and they have always had yummy products. Today they were hosting a car meet for the first time. The turn out was amazing. They have massubi, different kinds of drinks, and some fried noodles. Can't wait to visit again.

I got there early last week and didn't realize it was drive up only until 10 am and I seen the sign. We were the first ones there but by the time I knew we couldn't walk in there were 4 cars in line. I was number 5 and so glad I waited. A little disappointed that the online menu wasn't the same as what they were selling but didn't want to waste the trip ( I wanted pork hash) so I ordered the spam/bacon avocado musubi, chicken musubi and plantation tea and was blown away! Tasted so ono! I will definitely go back and hopefully they'll have more items and staff, but shout out to Jessie who was holding down the fort and being all friendly!
