I sat for 25 minutes in the drive-thru, with zero people in the lobby and 1 car in the drive-thru. The order, after the prolonged wait was wrong. I was not about to wait another 25 minutes for them to correct it. This is not the first horrible experience it this location, however it will be my last.

We dined in, our food was barely warm. Very confusing whose burger was what very poorly marked. I paid extra for bacon never received it. The grilled onions were way overcooked slimy and mushy. There is absolutely nothing here I would recommend.

My experience here was one of the best costumer service ever at a fast food restaurant, the atmosphere was so nice so clean, my beyond burger was great and the manager was so kind big smile positive energy which I appreciated so much and had excellent costumer service I would go back there even though I don’t support fast food or do I eat it

I get the big country burrito, usually around 6:30am, it is always consistent in size and ingredients. The folks on opening shift are amazing and it's usually just one person. I only eat breakfast there so I'm not sure of any other shift or service later in the day. Breakfast is spot on though.
We were the only people there. Employees were breaking outside and some inside talking and refilling and drinking their sodas. They didn't start our mobile order until we drove up in the drive-through (even though it was for curbside) after waiting 10 minutes. Everything was burnt and inedible. There was no apology, and no communication in general, just handed us the food eventually. We ended up throwing it away and writing the store. This was on December 3rd, and I still have not received a response back. I included details and pictures.
