Lady at the front counter had the worst attitude and was rushing us even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and they weren’t close to closing. Then she gave us the sweet and sour chicken with no sauce. We left with plain chicken and rice and by the time we noticed we were 15 minutes away.

My boyfriend and I ordered from a food delivery app. We got our food pretty fast after ordering so I was expecting it to be pretty warm and it wasn’t. The Sesame chicken and fried rice were not warm, but also not cold, but when you get food you expect it to be warm or even hot temperature wise. I’ve had sesame chicken from many different other places and it tasted nothing like what I’ve had before. All I could taste was a strong vinegar flavor and it was awful, I couldn’t eat anymore of it. My boyfriend got sweet and sour soup and it came with shrimp in it. He didn’t recall it saying it had shrimp and double checked the menu to see if it said shrimp was in the ingredients and it didn’t. This could be a big problem if someone was allergic to seafood, luckily he isn’t.

My husband and I ordered Christmas Eve dinner at 4pm via doordash to be done and picked up by us at 6pm. (A tradition we've done for years at other Chinese food establishment with zero problems) Figuring two hours was enough heads up on a busy night to get our order done. He went to the restaurant at 6, and waited two hours in the lobby, with the hostess telling everyone who came in that their order would be ready in "ten minutes". He and other guests asked her multiple times where their orders were, again "ten minutes". Some asked for discounts, and she laughed at them. So they asked for refunds. My husband missed out on all Christmas Eve bedtime traditions with our son because Emperor's Palace kept lying to him and forgot about his order. Almost everyone who came in after my husband did got their food before my husband got ours, and only as they were about to close did they realize he was even still waiting for food. Unacceptable treatment, all around.

Called and ordered dinner to be delivered across the street.... literally across the street. The total came to $28 for one dinner. They refused to deliver it because I didn't order enough. My order was almost $30 (over $30 with the $5 delivery fee) and they were too lazy and greedy to deliver it. What punks.
