I love this jack in the box only because of Bella. Hearing her voice on the intercom when taking my order just puts me in a good mood. Then the food ontop of it. She's never messed up my order like others on the drive thru and even tho I've been parked few times. Bella brings out my order with courtesy and politeness.

This drive-thru is so incredibly slow!!! I had time ti make this review while at the window waiting for my food!!! All I ordered was 2 shakes and some fries. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes! Then the window for 15 more minutes!!! The people working did nothing to even acknowledge the wait or say sorry or even hello! Such a waste of time for cold food and bad shakes. Go to another location. Or McDonald's.

Service was bad and slow. After seeing the workers, I almost didn't want to eat the food. They all had some nose, lip, and hugh round ear rings. And did not look very hygienic. Waited forever for our food. Just not going to go there again until they've cleaned up.
This place has doubled its food prices, and the items get smaller and smaller. The quality isn't what it used to be either. $30 for two people!?!?! Totally ridiculous.

Came in at 2 am after a long and frustrating shift at my job, only to be pleasantly surprised by the customer service here. The food was nice and hot, and on the drive home I got to munch on hands down the best Jack in the Box onion rings I’d ever had.
