Better than fast food. I'd say 3.5 stars based on first impression. Feels like a '90s Wendy's vibe on the inside, but with some animal themed statues and whatnot. You order at the counter and then they call you over a speaker when your food is ready. Don't sit next to the speaker-it's really loud, haha! When I went we were just there for some appetizers before a show, but I would go back here again and try more things off the menu.

Absolutely 5/5 experience. Food is amazing; if in doubt go for the classic Ark burger and their onion rings with homemade honey mustard. The staff and customer service is amazing. Shout out to Taylor for being awesome!

First time here and will not be the last. I had a Mushroom Swiss burger and a homemade milkshake. The fries were so good and crunchy! My Mushroom Swiss burger was prepared perfectly, and was so hot I had to wait a few minutes to eat it. If you are craving a Homestyle Burger and handmade milkshake, this is the place to go.

I will just say the food was very good and the milkshakes were just as good. The issues I had with the place were service. They were no nonsense, not very friendly, and not very helpful as it was my first time there. They did answer the question I had but the way they answered it was like they really did not care and seemed stand-offish. That and the other customers who seemed to be regulars were kinda upset I was not standing in the correct spot, as the line started away from the door you first walk in and it's also where you kinda have to stand to get your food also, so it's a little confusing when there are busy.Been here three times now and the Gracie Spicy is awesomely good. I love the sauce.The fries, don't bother ordering them, they are terrible. Nasty chemical taste and over done. They were like this the last two times I have been here.
