There's a little bit of a wait time if you come and order but more convenient to order call or online and pick up. Clean place to sit and eat. Customer service is really good. Kindly double checks on requests without hesitation. Food cooked fresh to taste! Delicious broth for pho and other plates are delicious as well. Definitely comes with a fancy display when you take it to go. Instead of a bag that's all loose, it's in a box all neat and tidy. Fair price for good food. Photai sepcial tastes amazing! It has very rich flavor of meat. It tastes like jjampong but light. It felt healthier than jjampong. I love if so much. If I live near this restaurant, I would go every week. Also recommend curry fried rice. It is amazing.

The pho was rather lacking. I'm not sure what it was that day but on a cold rainy day in Wa all I wanted was a flavor packed bowl of pho and I just didn't get it. I have had the sandwiches and other menu items and they were pretty good so what went wrong. Service was fine and the restaurant clean. I probably will not be eating here again for my own choice. But if I'm brought her I will definitely go with the sandwich things are tasty.

Went in to get a bubble tea drink & boy did they have a lot of flavors to choose from. I went with a strawberry & kiwi mix with tapioca pearls in it. That was a very yummy drink!! Can't wait to go back & try some of there other flavors they have.

My spicy beef banh mi was missing three key ingredients: no jalapeno, no cilantro, and no pate. I was left with a soggy sub sandwich with no flavor. Very disappointing.
Mostly standard fare with more food options than I am used to. Service is great,Food (the pho at least)... not so much. My test of any pho place is chicken pho. The chicken was slices of prepackaged condensed chicken of some sort, definitely not fresh.To pay nearly $20 for it was honestly ridiculous.The atmosphere... it was definitely strange hearing the minimart 'ding dong' every time the door opened and stayed open. Fairly popular place at 7pm on a Sunday, mostly to go orders.

I'm new to the Pacific Northwest (PNW), and there are TONS of Asian restaurants, so I'm newly spoiled for choice.Pho Tai is a family run business, mom and pop, and I love that. Huge Pho menu, plus other Vietnamese classics, plus a decent Chinese-American portion of the menu as well. All for competitive prices (PNW competitive, anyways).I've gotten several different Phos many times, and I keep coming back to the two spicy Pho options. The pho joint in my home town doesn't do spicy, so I'm in heaven.
