had the worst experience ive ever had last night. ordered around 10pm, was expected delivery at 10:43pm. 35-40 minutes after expected delivery time, we decided to call and just ask about our order as it was said to be “on the way”. The guy who answered was very rude and hung up on us. We paid 69.44 for our food to NEVER arrive. Never recommended this Pizza Hut. :(

I placed an order using all of my points but when I showed up to pick it up the store was closed at 2:30pm! I cant get my points back for a couple of days which is ridiculous.

Got charged 53 dollars for a med pizza and bread sticks due to the gubgut driver that they chose to use helped himself to a 15 dollar tip after not notifying me food was delivered but that most likely was because the order was missing over half of the

This pizza hut has poor management, poor service, and an oven that breaks down offen. My large, thin crust pizza was burnt, and my special instructions weren't followed. I even asked the staff while making prepayment, to make sure they cut the pizza into squares.Once I got home, opening the box, the pizza was burnt, and the crust was hard as shoe leather.

My fiancé just ran into Pizza Hut for me as I’m currently 7 months pregnant and haven’t been feeling well today and needed some cinnamon sticks to help me feel better lol. They were able to help my fiancé get the right dessert and the correct icing to “ keep him out of the dog house” which we cracked up about. We just wanted to thank them for getting us in and out quickly with the right order and mention how sweet they were.
The pizza was made well, in a timely fashion. It was ready when the app said it would be and tasted great! The employee met me with a smile when I entered, wassuper nice and helpful. The establishment, including the restrooms, looked to be recently well cleaned. My only concern was that I only saw 1 person working at the time (not sure if i just didnt see others). He was busting his tail taking orders, cooking orders and checking out at the register. Very hard working, friendly, and respectful young man. Over all a 10 out of 10 experience. Will go back and will recommend. ??

This is a pretty typical but efficient Pizza Hut. Located in the same plaza as Fred Meyer and a lot of other shops, the location is pretty fantastic. There is a lot of parking but I think their main business is in delivery.They recently reduced their in person pick-up area, so it's basically big enough to House 2-3 parties waiting for their food, a table, and the counter. Luckily, all of my pick-ups have been ready before I got there. The transactions are super quick, and the staff is friendly and generous. Literally, I've been in and out in less than 60 seconds each time.Prices are to be expected. Definitely join the Pizza Hut rewards, though, and buy everything through that. I've received quite a bit of free food just as a result of making normal purchases.I am personally a fan of Pizza Hut, but everyone has their preferences. If you like Pizza Hut, this location will not disappoint.

Their pizza is usually good (as it was tonight)...and we really love the wings.We placed a pick up order for 8 boneless wings, a 6pc of bone in wings and a large 3 topping thing crust meat pizza.Sadly whoever filled the wing order filled 7 of the 8 we were charged for.Not really that big of deal I guess...Just another disappointment in take out food today.

Pizza Hut-Bremerton (WA) ? gave fast service and a great deal. We ordered a large meat lovers for us and got a personal pan cheese pizza FREE for our granddaughter. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and delicious.
I always get good pizza and good customer service at this Pizza Hut.
