We use the app to order ahead. It’s been working out well so far. The food we get here is generally correct and is usually pretty tasty. Subway is not my go-to pick for a sandwich place, but this location is convenient in a lot of ways.

Decent subs, recommend using your app to place orders, that way you can take advantage of deals. Place order when your there so you can make sure your sandwich is made to your liking and take advantage of app deals!Vegetarian options: It's a sub sandwich, lol, no requirements to put meat on it!

I want to start off by saying that this location is in a great spot! this location also has an awesome manager (her name slips my mind) who has alot of cool tattoos that are overshadowed by her professionalism, attention to detail, kindness and ability to multi-task! Had an issue with the online app and she asked no questions and honored it over the phone. I of course showed her the issue when in store but I was a ways away from home so her customer service skills saved me any extra headaches. Kept the conversation short and sweet whilst also engaging with the other two customers I was conversing with. We were all in and out in under five mins as well. There are people for jobs and then there are jobs/positions for people and she is right where she needs to be at the management position. Whomever hired her gets two thumbs up from me. You just don't see many true customer service oriented individuals in the workforce nowadays.Will most definitely stop there again!

Doesn’t know how to answer a damn phone. Had a whole order that got screwed and doesn’t have the curtesy of answered a phone to do there job. Funny part is them wanting to be tipped or receive a wage increase when they’re incapable of doing the task of a 5 year old.

I love their sandwiches but hate that the hours online and on the door doesn't reflect their actual closing time. Google says they close at 10pm so I was looking forward to something that was not greasy fast food after a long day at work (just before 8:30pm) just to find the location to already be closed.

I ordered a 6 inch BMT, which includes 3 different meats: pepperoni, salami and Ham. Each of the meats is 3 paper thin slices. Maybe an ounce if lucky.The price of $10.35 for the sub and small drink are insane. A couple of years ago the foot long with drink was cheaper and it was still over priced for what you get. Almost any other chain gives a better value.Just came in because I'm waiting on a tire rotation at Discount Tire, across the parking lot.As a separate issue: Apparently they don't realize that "no bills over $20, accepted" is illegal. Subway builds the order prior to payment, creating a debt. By Federal law, all Federal Reserve Notes (often referred to as a "bill") are "LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE".A gas station that requires cash pre-payment can refuse large bills because there is never a debt created.

Yesterday my husband and I decided to eat Subway. I usually avoid the Subway outside Fred Meyers, even if that means having to drive a couple of extra miles to get to the next one. Yesterday I made an exception; I had to pick up groceries from the store anyway.I've never been super impressed with this Subway, mainly because of performance issues and past behavior of a couple of staff members, and more times than not, employees wouldn't keep the tables clean.Today, the employee that created my sandwich was friendly with a fun sense of humor, and he was extremely polite. I thought to myself; I'm in luck; I can start picking up sandwiches from this Subway! And then it happened, one of the other employees came off-break, one of the ones I was hoping to avoid but failed to do so, not because she's been hostile to me yet, I honestly can say that she hasn't targeted me in her rigid behavior. Still, I have seen her combativeness with other customers on a few different occasions in the past, including today, and I wonder how her behavior is tolerated by management.It's very disheartening to see someone with that much insolence.Ok, moving on to the sandwich, I ordered a foot-long veggie patty on flatbread, no cheese, layered with a lot of fresh veggies, and topped with subway herb and garlic oil. Just so we are clear, Sixty percent of the sandwich was my husband's, and forty was mine - I did not eat a full footlong, lol.The sandwich was tasty; everything was fresh, no complaints about the sandwich at all.Overall today, this Subway was clean; employees had a mask on, washed their hands, and wore their gloves.The workstation was clean, with no noticeable messes, both employees looked clean, and the dining area, although no one was eating in, it appeared to be clean as well, probably because no one was dining in, lol.This time is one of those situations where the rating is hard to do; if I could rate separately on certain things, I would rate her behavior as a one star.If anyone is interested in this Subway, you can find them at 1100 Wheaton Way Suite E in Bremerton, Washington.Subway shares an extensive parking area with Fred Myers, Little Caesars Pizza, Joy's Teriyaki, Great Clips, and more.**You never know how strong you are until your faced with fear, be kind to all and stay healthy together**

Void was my server, he was alone working the counter. He greeter every single customer that walked through the door! He was fast and so pleasant to all the customers waiting. Plus he made a great sandwich! That was my first time visiting this store and because of Void, I definitely will return! GREAT job Void!

I always love this place for breakfast or lunch or dinner it's fresh veggies and in my book it's a good way to stay healthy

We are absolutely disgusted with this Subway branch. My husband and I both ordered the sweet onion teriyaki, both of our sandwiches had a jelly like consistency on the chicken. It was like a congealed brown gravy over all of the chicken, it was inedible. Then my youngest son got a plain ham sandwich, and as some cruel joke they put jalapeños in his sandwich. He is 6 and he wasn't able to eat his dinner. We have never had a problem with Subway before, but this was disgraceful.

Y'all's employee, male, tall, long brown hair. That's working today really thought and voiced IT IS appropriate to ignore and not acknowledge a customer for over 10 minutes. Used the excuse of being short staffed as a justifiable answer to not even greet, let alone take an order. Highly recommend their employees learn proper customer service and not argue with customers on what proper service is. Especially given they think that wasting peoples time and giving them attitude is appropriate. Do better.

If I hadn't already stood in line I would've not ordered my sandwich because the topping I wanted were frozen and I felt kinda uncomfortable the girl didn't wash her hands after the other sandwiches she made previously because they were covered in jalapenos and oil.. normally I have a great Subway experience it just really depends what location and who's working.

My husband enjoyed his order, but I needed a plastic knife to cut up my veggies in the salad. And before I ordered, there was a frantic young man wanting a bowl for his dog to drink water out of. He claimed his dog was having a seizure. It looked like he would have paid for it, but the server said $3.00. He was offered a water cup which is small. I should have been a better Samaritan, and paid for the bowl, but, his behavior caught me by surprise, and there were other customers in line.
