Subway in Bremerton

“I've never had anything upsetting happen at this subway before. But today I went in around 1230 and the young man was taking count of what needed to be in the bar, I was the only customer inside and I waited patiently but I honestly felt ignored after about 3 minutes (I was on lunch so I was watching the clock) he said he'd be right with me I said no worries trying to be kind and 8 minutes later he finally assisted me, I asked 3 times for a 6 inch and by the third time he didn't seem to hear or wasn't paying attention I thought I was speaking loud enough idk. I had to repeat several times the toppings and he still tried to put anything on the sandwhich. He seemed so irritated by my presence I was so uncomfortable but so hungry I didn't want to leave and waste the food he had prepared, when I said again at the register that it was supposed to be a 6 inch he visibley shrugged and still charged me. I didn't know what to do at that point so I just paid and left. I felt so out of place and such a bother to the young man I didn't even get to ask his name.“

“We walked in around 9 pm and were greeted by Zack, he was great and very friendly ! Definitely deserves recognition.He had a line practically out the door and was by himself and handled it great ! I had great conversation with him while we waited in line.“

“First off, I have to say that the workers here are very kind and have great customer service! Now on to the review. Every time I come in during the evening around 1700-1800, it's not as hectic as compared to the rush hours of 1100-1300, where the lines turn around the corner. In the evening, you actually get to look over the menu and create the perfect combo for your sandwich. Today, Wednesday, I got the 6-inch Sub of the Day, and it was turkey. I went with the Italian herb and cheese, which the sandwich artist told me just came fresh out the oven! Winning! I asked her to add the American cheese this time around, toasted. One of the ladies that work here always asks if I want any veggies toasted with it, like last time I got the steak, egg, & cheese and she suggested toasting it with onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños, and I must say it was amazing! But for today, I decided to just toast the turkey and cheese toasted. After coming out of the toaster oven, I asked for all the veggies, and asked her to top it off with chipotle sauce and siracha. The cashier today asked if I'd want the meal or just the sandwich, and today I just went for the sandwich. Overall, the ladies here are very kind and have great customer service! Another thing to note is that they always make the sandwiches here nice and neat, as compared to other Subways I've been to, and it always tastes great! “I would have to say 90% of the time, I am happy with this Subway, I order veggie sandwiches through Subway all of the time, and although I'm not unhappy with this particular subway located on fairgrounds road in Bremerton, I'm a bit disappointed.A few months ago, I discovered this particular Subway has a drive-thru, and I was ecstatic!I could not believe that all of these years have gone by with me driving the 303 and not knowing that, I know, it isn't like I discovered the eighth wonder of the world, but It was bound to make my life a little easier sometimes, especially since I eat Subway three, sometimes four times a week, at various locations.There are pros and cons about this Subway, and the most obvious pro is that you can drive through and never have to get out of your car. The con part is, waiting in line, sometimes for quite a while, and you never get to see your sandwich made, your long gone before you realize they have given you the wrong bread, or put cheese on when you ask for no cheese, or the bread was tough, in fact so tough, you chew and chew and realize that it has taken you longer trying to eat this sandwich than it probably took them to make it, which is what happened yesterday.The sandwich looked delightful and had almost everything I asked for, minus the Subway herb and garlic oil that I wanted, and the odd textured of the herb and cheese bread, that was a let down; none-the-less I ended up tossing all of my bread to our flying friends, the crows, and seagulls.Quality control is an important factor in any business, this will not stop me from eating at this Subway in the near future, but I am hoping that when the sandwiches are made people pay little bit more attention to the details, I understand accidents do happen, and I have also heard that sometimes only one person is taking and making the orders, which is not a smart idea especially during lunch hour, but remember, it is impossible for people in the drive thru to scrutinize how their sandwich is made, which then can lead to disappointed customers and mediocre or even bad reviews.So, will I be back, yes, there has been plenty of times I have had incredible sandwiches from this Subway, and the staff at this Subway have always been pleasant and friendly, no complaints there!This Subway is located at 1554 NE Fairgrounds Rd, Bremerton WA, right off the 303, Subway's drive through is directly behind Burger Kings drive through.During the lunch hours, the area can get fairly congested with Burger Kings drive through located directly in front of Subways drive through.Remember- Spend, Eat and Enjoy local, jobs are depending on it !!!!“

“I've been to this location several times and always get the same thing; an Italian BMT wrap. Tonight when I walked in, right away I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. Not that it's bad usually but that it looked extra nice. I thought about mentioning how amazing it looked but was caught up in an important phone text conversation about a funeral I've got to go to. As serious as that was, I had to stop when Sarah had finished with my wrap because in all the times I'd gotten one, none were that perfect! It's terrible to eat one that's flat or weirdly lumpy on one end. She seriously made me the best one I've ever had, so I needed to say something. Kudos to both the girls working tonight for keeping it so clean!“

“There's only a couple times in the day you'll wait more than a few minutes in line. They accept coupons and that's a plus when gas is 5$ a gallon. The subway in manette recently closed so this is my go to for lunch on a budget.“

“Absolutely LOVE the staff here. Subway is famous for their workplace ethics. The team here really embodies those ethics.Over a few months I've established rapport with the store manager, Linda, and a handful of the employees. Thankful for their kindness and professionalism. If they didn't let me periodically charge my battery banks here then I'd be at a major disadvantage. Truly have nowhere else nearby that I can charge at. Am homeless and living on Walmart property while i try to get my life together. If i didn't have sufficient power for my phone then I'd be unable to chip away at achieving the progress i need to make so i can advance.As for the service and menu: The service is exquisite and the menu is complete. Personally, I really enjoy the loaded potato soup.Anyways, if you're in the area and want Subway then i highly recommend coming here. I assure you that the money you spend is well worth it. Again, the employees here are completely worth supporting.“
