don’t get me wrong i love taco bell but this location is making me hate it every time i go they usually mess up my order or forget something and they almost never cut my quesadilla definitely a one star DONT come here

I know when I order Taco Bell I ask for no tomatoes/beans/sauce, I am a pain to make orders for. But I LOVE Taco Bell. It is my present for myself after/during my dawn to dusk working days. That being said, this place is the worst one around and they always get my order wrong, they don’t give me all of my food and I leave disheartened and sad because I cannot enjoy the deliciousness and joy a chalupa brings to my soul because I don’t have time to return it, or I fear they will mess with it. Knowing my order is specific, I ask on the intercom to please be sure no tomatoes (at least) and each time I find tomatoes. I don’t know what I did wrong to them to deserve this blatant disregard besides being unable to consume certain foods but it is very sad the workers find joy in messing with the happiness Taco Bell brings to my heart. I hope they find themselves in a better place and I hope they find peace in their lives.

He SPIT in my food. Wouldn't believe it actually happened until I watched it happen right in front of me. It's 1/24 11:10 pm. I order at the drive-through, pintos and cheese, and some soft tacos. There was a car in front of me, and so I was at the first window, which is a partial supply closet, but it had a view of the guy making my food. I watch him take my pintos and cheese cup lean over to the side and SPIT in the cup. Apparently, he didn't get enough of his DNA in my meal because he did it again. After making sure the cup is properly seasoned , he grabs the scooper and proceeds to fill the cup up with my pintos and cheese. When I pull up and call him out on it. He freezes and doesn't even turn around or respond. Jabronee central.
