I’ve given this Taco Bell location too many tries, and I think it’s time for a review: DO NOT get food from this Taco Bell! This location cannot seem to get it together. My order has repeatedly been inaccurate, under cooked/over cooked, cold, recipe portions out of whack and items missing from my order EVERYTIME. I know this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant, but holy hell, I at least expect my order to be correct every once and a while. Please do yourself a favor, and visit the Silverdale Taco Bell location instead.

APRIL 13TH 2024 8:00PM. Do not go here! The orders at this location are always wrong. Just got 4 items and they were all made incorrectly. In additon they were barely wrapped and the cantina tacos had very little filling and my cantina burrito was basically flat. The shells on the tacos tasted stale and dry. Every time I order a supreme item the sour cream never makes it on the item. EVERY TIME. EVEN IF I ASK FOR EXTRA. Its fast food guys not rocket science. I will not be returning. This was the last straw for me. I will drive 10 minutes extra to Silverdale.

Showed up the whole drive-thru was shut down. I went through anyways and sat there for more than 15 minutes with no answer. Drove up to the window and finally drove off. Hopefully they refund my order.

Got there around 1130 and ordered 2 grilled steak burritos. First I had to wait about 3 minutes at the drive through speaker before being able to order (nobody else was in the drive through or lobby) I ordered two, grilled cheese steak burritos and both were made incorrectly, not even the cheese was put on the outside. Never had an issue with Port Orchard or poulsbo locations but definitely not going back here.

I did a pickup doordash. ( order the food then pick it up yourself). I received all but 2 major items. Too make matters worse absolutely No sauce.. And I like taco bell. It ruined my night. Couldn't eat but 1 taco without any sauce. If I had salsa at home wouldn't have been a problem. That was disappointing. No more fast food for me.?
Great customer service from Heather and Justin. My order was correct, complete, and most of all looked and tasted great.My wife said she had the best burrito and potatoes ever. Thanks again, will continue to come back.

Every time I go to this location of Taco Bell. My order is completely wrong. Got a chalupa craving box and ended up with 3 Doritos tacos… went another time when the fries where in the cravings box and they didn’t give me my fries but gave me the dipping sauce… i don’t know who double checks orders before they go out but do better Taco Bell.

Every single time I go to this location, my order is wrong/missing things. I just went there tonight (12:30 a.m 2/19/24). Ordered a grilled cheese burrito (along with other items) and there's no cheese on the outside like there is supposed to be and it's WAY smaller than ones I've had before. Also, the attitude from the employees there is ridiculous. I'm not going back to this location anymore. Especially after reading all of the other reviews lol this place is a joke.
