Went to get coffee and was overcharged once again. These I assume new owners, are over charging most of their customers especially those that are in a hurry and not paying attention. I think you should be more selective when allowing someone to purchase franchise from your company. They are ruining the 7-11 name. Your company's stores are like a part of America. I don't think there's hardly anyone who doesn't know 7-11. If I was to rate this :store on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give it a 2. 1 being the low (horrible) and 10 as being, great, the best.
