Very nice meat and fish plus other gourmet food and wine. Love their smoked and candied salmon. Tasty beef jerky but they use nitrites as a preservative so I avoid them. Have dog bones. Good marinaded beef and chicken, ideal for the bbq. The prices are very high. Higher than choice meat and fish at PCC and not organic. It’s the place you go to get quality, not save money.
This place is top notch! I love going here. Always friendly employees even when there are stressed with a ton of customers. They will give advice on cooking there wonderful products. My favorite is the country bacon ! I was there shortly after they opened on Christmas Eve. They did a hell of a great job. Not only was the place packed. But the parking lot was as well. first time in to an actual butcher since i moved away from the Olympic mt area. these guys were great. well the lady who helped us was, really wish id gotten her name. we went in for our normal monthly restock and it was most definitely worth it. the meat was fantastic the prices were a bit high but hey its high quality meat. will be going back for our next restock
