Eight years ago while I worked in Fremont, I discovered Cupcake Royal in downtown Seattle across from Pike Place Market. I was delighted to find a backery that did vegan cupcakes. I am allergic to egg. I stopped in once a week, I was a regular. Their cupcakes were the absolute best. Moist,flavorful,irresistible. I love the way they were packaged. I visited this charming shop a little while back. It boasts lovely decor and primarily specializes in cupcakes, alongside offering coffee and various merchandise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I decided on a tiramisu cupcake, which, while delicious, was a tad denser than I typically prefer; I lean towards lighter cupcakes. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to cupcake enthusiasts.
