Good smoothies, but the staff does not pay attention to online orders. You'll wait an hour, and it will still say they are preparing the order. It's too bad because I used to love going here, but I feel like I'm bothering them by ordering. They should remove online ordering if it's too difficult to get right

Kind and eager team. Busy breakfast spot. Great pastries. Decent self service coffee. You can ask folks behind the counter for a milk alternative. Veer away from the breakfast sandwiches. We tried two different options, both were listed with "medium eggs". The eggs were hard to the point of being dry, and the sandwiches were next level hot. Once it cooled, their gorgeous bread was rock hard, and the sandwich bone dry. It was inedible. I could see others using their teeth to saw through their breakfast sandwich. Definitely not worth the $10 plus tax and recommended 15% tip.

Google maps say close 9pm. Took a trip there, reached the store at 6:58pm to find out they actually close at 7. Can’t Trust a Business that don’t Care to update their hours of operation. Waste of a trip!

Tasty.Should fix menu or charge what menu displays. It's only .29 cents difference, but making a customer feel baited and switched as well as nickle and dimed will cost much more in potential future revenue.

Love this place, especially this location. The staff is great and always nice even when they are slammed with customers. They make my smoothie at the thickness that I want. Other locations have been watery to me. Plenty of parking. This location is smaller than most so it's really a pick up and go kind of place. I come here at least a twice a month to get a fix if I don't make mine at home.

Last time I will come here. At one point this place was on point with my orders. Now every time I get the health nut bowl, half the bowl are nuts. Every time I get the pb&j it’s not blended all the way. Waste of money.
A bit of a drive; I wish there was a closer one. But the staff here was great and the smoothies I ordered both tasted great.

The store layout unnecessarily confusing, and the service have degraded at this location. Ownership needs to step to improve how operations are being executed because the process for serving customers is frustrating - online order should not wait 25 minutes in line if the order says it’s ready for pick up. Blonde employee was rude about it. Please 1. Create a separate pick up for online order, it defies logic and operational efficiency. 2. Put signs for people on what to do because it is chaotic.Although there is a staffing issue sign, it doesn’t excuse the business from making process improvements for the betterment of customer experience and efficiency of operations.

Generally these guys are great, but there was a girl working this morning that had an attitude that i wanted substitute a fruit with another fruit and a protein with another protein. She made a point to make it weird, and then ultimately charged me for additions. Sorry, but if im paying you upwards of 25 dollars for two smoothies with a bunch of additions, why are you taking issue with a substitution? I come in here multiple time a week and theres never any issue. Going to make a another account to counter balance the one star, because like i said, generally this crew is really cool and accomidating, but a manager needs to talk to chick[young blonde in all black, cheap gold necklace and fake lashes, didnt catch a name]. Im already paying you guys a ton of money a week, why be an j**** to try and eak out an extra 2 dollars? Its insulting. - Karen, out.
