Haven't been to this Chuck e cheese since I was a kid and I'm bummed that they took the climbing tower away. My daughter would've loved that. I absolutely hate how you have to wait half a minute or MORE between every tap. By the time it's ready my daughter lost interest. I'd get way more tickets from when coins was the costs and it's all about strategy and mindset but with the card I felt like the fun was taken out and didn't give you a good opportunity. Plus you'd get one or two tickets per game unless you by some pure ridiculous good luck you get more than 5. Jackpot games are rigged. I guess the party package meant cards for all the kids and it lasts however long youd be there aka two hours. Half the basketballs were flat. Pizza took 10 minutes during busy time so not as bad and the pizza was delicious with the greasy thin crusts. Overall I'd probably not come back. I rather go to the arcade in Bellingham where it's actual coins and more funWheelchair accessibility: All on one level. I think the games are far enough apart to have a wheelchair comfortably there except by basketball hoops and skeeball. Someone nearly ran over my child and we were so close to our game.

Had our daughter's 7th birthday here.What a waste of money .Five other birthday parties happening all at once, and very under staffed.Our party started 30 minutes late, the pizzas and drinks were out late and so were the wristbands for the kids.Had to try and wrangle everyone up, as the intercom system has not been working.Overall stressful for both our family and the party guests.

Took the kids here for a school function. They had a blast playing the games. I believe the unlimited play pass was $25 dollars. The food is probably fine for children with unrefined taste. The only complaint I have is that the service was a little on the slow side, but otherwise good.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to have birthday parties, hang out and play games and win prizes.

We came down from Whidbey Island to take our granddaughter, which she did have fun playing . I highly recommend that you eat before you go. The salad bar was almost 13 dollars and was very old , even the oranges tasted old. The employees could use more training, and management definitely needs help.

We attended a birthday party. Seems they are quite organized while having 4 parties at once. The kids show was awesome along with the atmosphere. The pizza wasn't the best, cooked but very slightly warm, nothing remarkable on the taste The game area is nice but there were tokens dispensed from machines that were not honored as they said they were old and all had been removed from the machines but yet we got several...@ 12 total just between our 2 kids alone, who knows how many others were not honored if we got 12. So, for the barely average food and non honored tokens this review was given .
