The only reason I'm giving 4 stars for the food is because they always have the milkshake machine out of order late at night cause I believe that's when they clean it like 2 or 3 in the morning. And sometimes they forget stuff so always check your order. B4 you leave.

I can't share my food experience because once again they didn't put it in the bag even after asking and the woman at the window was rude very unfriendly. Will not be going back to this location that being said if the other location starts providing poor service and quality I'll be done with jack in the box as we have plenty of other options

Good food but they never seem to get custom orders right. They are always nice if you ask them to fix it but I hate doing that so I rarely do.
Tried to order. The woman did not let me finish before cutting me off and telling me to pull forward. Tried to add more but no one ever answered. Got to the window and she handed me my food while talking to coworkers. Never acknowledged my existence. Strange encounter. All in all the place has been going downhill for awhile. It's dirty, the food isn't very good, and the service is bad BUT it is fast food so...
Two times now I've gotten a chicken sandwich from this establishment that was crunchy, and not in a good way. It seems they have a distributor issue or something. It's not the employees fault or anything like that. I had a batch of chicken like this from WinCo. However, it is not edible. I'll be sticking to the breakfast menu for a while.
