I just spent $32 for 4 butter bacon burgers through drive thru..... They forgot the Butter! Bone dry ... YuckI was actually craving this since last night. I went through the drive thru, all lights were on, Open sign... No one greeted me so I pulled forward and was then told that they were closed.My bad, where I'm from Jack is open 24/7.... So night manager needs to shut of your lights when not in service.I tried to call multiple times before posting this, but no one answers.... I am posting with hope that their manager sees this.

First of all the two girls were too busy playing on their phones to want to help us right away.Then they have no salsa no butter no pancakes no toilet paper in the restroom and dirty tables.Last time I came in I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger but it came with no cheese so I went back in they said they don't have no cheese but didn't tell me nothing at ordering.Pretty frustrating to say the least.They're always out of multiple items.

I stood before the pick up counter for 10minutes and the person in charge did not even bother to talk to me. We asked and was told just take the food from the shelf. The shelf is BEHIND the counter. The two customers who visited after me stood in the same spot and were taken care of immediately. I felt I was mistreated out of racism. I went up to the cashier and she said she is the manager. I told her about the situation and she did not apologize and just walked away. It’s a terrible experience. 2/18 12:30pm

I don't eat fast food often, but JiTB is a place I can go at 7am and still get food other than breakfast items (I don't like breakfast-type foods).What I do find hard to swallow (pun intended) is that as food chain, their prices can be really wonky!For example, a small bottle of milk (ugh - low fat, even, and maybe 10oz or so) cost $3 (2.99)! A gallon of milk is less than $5 at most places, which shows where they are making money (not off the burgers, I mean). I learned to bring milk from home if possible, just b/c it is ridiculous. But I don't think customers should have to do that just to avoid being overcharged, should they?

Worst jack in the box ever. Waited 35 additional minutes for a mobile order. Zero explanations. During a very slow time of night. Place is ran by incompetent dolts. I don't typically go hard and complain, but this one is bad.

This is the jack in the box to go to in skagit county. The other one in burlington is TRASH. This place has constant food and service.
I work nights as a security officer and use uber as my delivery service. I usally order near closing time as my lunch hour isnt untill 2am There has been many times the store says they no longer serving breakfast or the driver gets there before closing time and the store closed early.When i call the store they dont answer the phone This has happened several times and wont use jack in box again at least mcdonalds will make your order till last minute of closing time
