Confession: one of the unspoken reasons I was excited to move to the Skagit Valley (other than the fact it was the only place in Western WA I could afford to buy a house on my own) is the fact there's a Taco del Mar here. Much better than the Chipotle next door that had grizzle in my meat the night before...I enjoyed my very tasty shredded beef burrito bowl along with the great tortilla chips. Also came in a plastic bowl instead of a flimsy paper bowl that leaks.
