I chose a wet chili Colorado burrito. The beef was perfectly cooked, sauce was flavorful and was given a hearty portion. Complimentary chips were warm and the salsa accomplished it's job...after a hard day skiing we were like cheetahs on a gazelle. Delicious.
It breaks my heart to write this review. I have been enjoying the carne asada platter here for years. I went out of town for a year and just went back. BLAND. No flavor. I ate with a friend and while he ate I let my plate sit and 30 minutes later I tried everything again individually. Rice - bland. Black beans - bland. Pico - bland. Steak - bland. Salsa - bland. I did mention it to the ladies at the register and waiting tables and hopefully something will change. Unfortunately, I probably won't go back. Something significant must have happened for such a drastic change in food quality. New cook? So sad.

Delicious food with very quick service. Their burritos and tacos are pretty large and we were happy with the portion sizes. I recommend the salsa verde burrito if you are hungry. We also wanted to try their platillos but could only order so much. Service was also very quick in the afternoon for a late lunch.
