“We ordered BTAS sandwich, the burrito, the eggs your way, and a scone. All the food was delicious and served beautifully. All the servers were helpful and pleasant. “I have gone to this restaurant for many years and have always had amazing customer service and great food. Tonight I decided to order delivery for the first time from this restaurant. I am so glad they have delivery because delivery service on the south end is a skim choice. The no contact delivery helped a lot with my social anxiety. I ordered grilled fish tacos, cheese garlic bread, cheesecake, and Shirley Temple. The fish tacos is a usual order when I go into Rockaway in person and didn't disappoint as usual. The sauce is amazing and the fish is perfect. The cheese garlic bread comes with a big cup of marinara sauce to dip in. The cheese was a perfect amount and paired well with the sauce. The cheesecake was honestly one of the best I've had. Compared to a few weeks ago I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Seattle and Rockaway's blew it out of the park. Of course the Shirley Temple was a Shirley Temple and I don't think anyone could ever mess that up. The portions are big and I have plenty more for another meal. The delivery person also handled with care.”

“Tucked inside the IGA, Camano Thai is an absolute gem. Our food is always ready right on time (like any restaurant in the world it’s best to give them some wiggle room at peak hours). Whomever is running the register is always a delight. I dare say this place is in my top three favorite restaurants on the island. The curries are excellent. The Pad Thai is perfect. The pad see ew is wonderful. Soups y’all, the soups are excellent. Which brings me to my new favorite: the pho is absolutely superb, and it’s packaged perfectly (hot stuff separate from the cold). I highly recommend this for your next takeout dinner or lunch. If you show up and your food isn’t ready, be patient, take a walk around the store. You’re gonna love it.Vegetarian options: As far as I can tell most of the menu can be made vegetarian.Parking: Grocery store parking lot, nuff said.”

“One male employee with hair down past shoulders did not have it contained. His hair looked clean but as he made sandwiches ? his hair was way close to the food containers and the sandwich he was making. He did have a sunviser type band on but it didn't contain his long hair . If you see long haired employees not tying their hair back , walk away . It is against food handlers permits and they should know better . This is true in any food service.”

“Loved this little gem. The food was amazing! We loved the shishito peppers and calamari. The shrimp skewers and salmon bites were amazing happy hour dishes! We sat at the bar and were so lucky to have Hannah as our bartender/server. She is a very hard worker! When she wasn’t tending to customers, she was juicing fruit for fresh squeezed drinks, etc. We will definitely be back. I’m bummed that I didn’t take any pictures.”

“Very small , well designed and decorated cozy restaurant with lovely water views only if you arrive by 4pm or are lucky enough to grab a window you will not be disappointed.The other small room is very special too.The salmon with wild rice was prepared to perfection.Both the generous sized Ceasar salad and greens salad were wonderful.The panecotta with fresh strawberries for dessert was a delightful ending to an excellent meal.Finally.The service was great.Highly recommend .Wheelchair accessibility: No problem .Bathroom is accessible too.”

“Regrettably I must write I had the worst breakfast in recent memory this morning at Island Cafe. They get the food out extremely fast to you. I wish the cook had slowed down and not overcooked my eggs.I like eggs over medium. These eggs the whites were mostly brown. The hardest part of the meal was the potatoes. Extremely over salted. Big flakes of translucent salt heavily applied. I tried scrapping off but gave up . Why not let the diner add salt to their preference? Lastly the toast had butter heavily slathered on . The diner was not busy. I was the only one at the counter.This is not the time to be slinging hash !For me it was twenty dollars wasted .I eat a bacon and egg breakfast at a diner often. It is my favorite meal . Never again at this location.BTW the server was very nice. She apologized when I explained about the potatoes.I don't like sending food back . My meal is ruined at that point.”

“If I could give more stars, I would! The food is always great, but the customer service goes above and beyond! I was supposed to pick up my sons custom birthday cake this afternoon (a Saturday) before they closed at 3p.m. Well, the universe did what the universe does, and we ended up stuck in a no service area with car trouble until 4:15p.m. In a panic, I messaged and emailed the bakery in hopes someone may reply. They DID! They called me and arranged a time to pick up the cake tonight, and were so kind about the entire situation. They saved the Birthday party! You can't go wrong with Chris' Bakery!”

“Fantastic poke bowls! My husband and I both got the hamachi bowls (picture is missing a piece because I ate it too quickly!). The bowl was perfectly portioned for an adult. Every ingredient in the bowl was delicious and well thought out and everything (including the wasabi) was super fresh and vibrant!Price point was a bit expensive, but makes sense with the quality of ingredients and flavor (about $25-30 range per poke bowl).We live in Oak Harbor and were looking for a good sushi/poke spot to go to on our way home from work, and I think we found it! We will definitely be going back.Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate a shellfish allergy with no issues!”

“On our first visit to Whidbey Island, we saw this cute little pie store and decided to get some pies. We got slices of triple berry, marionberry and cherry. All were delicious, the crust was perfect! The owner/manager there was so kind and helpful. My son said this was the best pie he's ever eaten. Place is dog friendly and connects to a coffee shop that offers free whipped cream on top. We will visit again when we are in the area!”
