The gals behind the counter were very polite and took our order, but when our order was ready, they were too busy chatting by the drive-thru for over 4 minutes while our order sat under the counter light.They did do a fantastic job on our Blizzards...

Order chicken strip meals, and all I got was fries, no chicken strips! Had to drive back and no apologies were given. Mistakes happen but at least they could apologize and make it right, it wasn’t a difficult order and it was an online order too that we had to wait too long for in the first place! Probably won’t visit this location again, I will drive to Vancouver next time, at least they don’t mess up an order a five year old could make! I would avoid this location and drive somewhere better if I were you!

When I pull up the drive-thru line is halfway around the building. So I park and run inside to order. Hoping to save time. I had a coupon for a free ice cream wanting to or a small burger. Realizing upon entrance there are only three people working the entire building. One running drive-thru one running the front counter,orders and one person making all of the food for the restaurant. Once it's finally my turn to order, I am told they don't even take that coupon at that location! Having wasted my time I returned to my car only to find myself blocked in by the overflowing drive through line. Not the employees fault they were working their hardest. Rude people waiting in the Drive-Thru just ignored the fact that I am trying to back out of my spot. They wouldn't budge. Huge waste of time.

This place is slower than my grandmother. I just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window, they gave me 1 of my 2 items I ordered and had to wait an additional 5 more minutes for my Blizzard that was right next to them. I rarely go to Dairy Queen, especially this location because it is so frustrating. There is no reason why me and others have to wait so long. Management needs to step in and take some action.

My sister ordered lunch for her and I before going to work today. The lady at the window handed us the ice cream (most likely expecting thats all we got), she said have a good day and then walks away. When she walks back to the window thinking we're gone, she gives us the most snarky attitude and asks if there was anything else she could do for us.. yeah the rest of the mobile order we placed. After she hands us "the rest of the order" our drinks were forgotten. Simple mistake but the attitude we received when they thought they gave us everything.
