Had a fantastic evening! Had the Winterhawks game on and our waitress was superb. Best onion rings ever. Highly recommend.

GOW is one of my husband and I’s favorite places to go for a laid back environment, great food and a superb list of beer choices. Tonight we went and they just rolled out a new menu. I didn’t think they could get better, but they did. Our server Linh, was great at giving suggestions and letting us know more about the new menu. Linh was a delight! Unfortunately, I did not get many pictures as we were too excited to eat! But their salmon candy appetizer was phenomenal!

The food was fantastic! We had the artichoke dip and Brussel Sprout salad. The artichoke dip wasn't anything spectacular but tasted very good. The Brussel Sprout salad was delicious. My husband was obsessing over the sweat chili sauce on the sprouts. We just wanted a light lunch because we were out running errands. The wait was minimal. The waitress was, however, not very friendly. She started pleasant enough, but when we didn't order any alcohol, which she pushed very hard, she was very short with us. She delivered our food and walked off without saying a word to us. We watched her laugh and joke with other tables and check on them several times. She disappeared for a while, and we waited forever for her to bring our check. We spent $24, and usually, when we spend so little, we tip at least half the bill but not this time. She got 20% which was more than she deserved. She shot herself in the foot.

Updated (2024). Beer always on point. Coming here for lunch, not so much. I can understand off days but this is the > 5x visit in a row with mediocre food. Premium Burger order: not worth the $22. Cannot make to order, egg over cooked, warm patty. Same goes for steak frites, meh temperature, compound butter mix, frozen. Fries, lukewarm. Definitely needed my grill or microwave to fix. Glad I was hungry. Ok, but not worth paying the food premium. Feedback from employees is constantly "yup" along with a bunch of "it shoulds." Yeah great. "Shoulds" is life, actually caring is what distinguishes a place from the mediocre. Not going to cause a stink amongst those that control your food, particularly with so much other competition out there. Beers = ?; food ?.Updated (5 years ago): Burger process is on point. Medium rare, proper! Added pic. Shout out to the kitchen crew.GoW, so metal. Was fortunate enough to experience this place on opening day and on Friday night for drinks with friends.Doesn't look like the owners skipped out on remodeling and building retrofitting. Very clean and apparent high-quality tools and decor all around. Outdoor patio has garage doors positioned to the west; painting a few seconds of imagining how exceptional this experience should be on warm-day afternoons.Next, totally understand process and food hiccups on Day 1, which is why I'm overlooking the fact that my burger was well done; not medium rare like it should be IMHO by law. Will definitely try it again when feeling rather swanky for an upscale burger and the budget permits. The flavor profile was exquisitely well-defined and delivered: crispy bacon, onion jam and fried egg--it went down well with the exception of a much anticipated medium rare texture and flavor this time. Picture below and enjoy it as the well done surprise is not apparent.Anyway, suggest giving this place a try and personally looking forward to visiting this place again. Go metal, Go Pantera, Go Slayer, GO early Metallica, and God teach and save folks who know the proper way of cooking and/or enjoying a tasty, flavorful, medium rare burger!BTW owner suggestion: pig squealing metal tracks would be awesome; of course at the appropriate time in the late evening. ;)

Amazing food and great service. I had some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever tried, and the Tokyo Old Fashioned was also excellent. The menu is a bit pricey, but the food is worth it. They had also had so many gluten free options on the menu.

Bare bones atmosphere, it's a brewery but in old town Camas which is charming. Unconventional bar food except for burgers. Large outdoor area weather permitting. I had a hard time choosing something to eat. I like padded chairs too!Dietary restrictions: Too much sauce, heat, and fried my system can't tolerate. Hard to choose food.

Jalapeno Popper Burger is the best burger I've ever eaten. I think I've had it like a dozen times now, consistently delicious! Perfectly seasoned french fries!

Everything is ?. It's a really bustling place, and I'm more introverted. Staff is great food is excellent. The Grinder, halibut, poke bowl are my fave. Not a lot of lighter beers right now but the beer is good.

Paid $30 for “loaded” fries that were barely loaded, rock hard, cold(?!) and unflavored and a beer. Beer was good.

Beer was fantastic, food was good, service was alright. Wrong beverages and wrong food delivered, but new place and most likely working out kinks. I look forward to my next visit to see if they improve. EDIT - I've been back multiple times and its one of my favorite places in the summer.
