Staff was attentive and kind. The food was very good. I had a bento and an "orange" roll.

This is our favorite sushi place in Camas. We took a break for a while to give a new place a try, especially due to the other place having lower prices. However, the quality could not stand up to Mio. When I say quality, I mean both the food and the service. Mio has the friendliest staff in the area. We visited again on Saturday and from the first bite were reminded why it’s absolutely worth the higher price. We won’t stray again.Parking: Parking is pretty tight here.

Mio Sushi impressed us with their fresh and flavorful nigiri selection made with fresh fish. Not one piece of nigiri tasted fishy. We ordered the garlic salmon nigiri, onion salmon nigiri, tuna and yellowtail belly. The ramen was equally delightful, with rich broth and perfectly cooked fresh noodles. The cozy ambiance added to a memorable dining experience for my girlfriend and me. We will definitely be back.

Haven't been to Mio in some time and didn't disappoint. Very cozy inside and very clean and tidy. A great spot for a little lunch or dinner, very good potions and fresh. Lunch specials are a good price if on a budget, but still want some good sushi. Got the bento ($14.95) and a salmon roe nigiri ($7.95), a little more than some places for the nigiri, but the quality and portion was worth it! Will be coming back as my go-to for lunch when out in the Camas area. (Parking is a little weird, as it's a busy complex). Either you win or you're walking. Great service, fast, friendly and ready to refill your tea without a prompt--nice!

Absolute disappointment. I’m sure it’s gonna be lots of people saying differently because that’s how these little Chinese restaurants work. Trust me folks, this is garbage the tuna was half frozen. The rest of the stuff was mush to say the least really really really bad.

The bestest sushi place ever, hands down. I always get the Coco Shrimp roll and asked the chef to extra seared the salmon. Never disappointed.

TL;DR: excellent protein to rice ratios. HH doesn't save you that much. Parking: shared lot next to Holiday Inn Express. Atmosphere: cafe-like setting with limited seating, not a very large dining area. Menu: has images and straightforward descriptions. You will be handed several menus: sushi, drink, specials, main, and Happy Hour menus (during HH only). The sushi menu is laminated and has tick mark boxes. Mark what you like on the large laminated sushi menu and write down any additional things you'd like that aren't listed on the bottom section. Service: wait to be seated, you will be watered, order at the table, check brought to you, you will pay while seated at the table via a portable register the server brings. Happy Hour prices are not too different than regular prices and you are required to purchase a beverage. Don't expect huge percentages off the meals--just a few dollars off. Limited selection of items on the HH menu. Miso Soup: typical miso soup with seaweed bits and tiny tofu cubes. Not overly salty. The sushi rolls here have a very even ratio of rice and protein. They are not like some places that go heavy on the rice. The sushi tastes really fresh and is cool in temperature as opposed to some places that serve you room temp sushi. Bubble Bubble Roll: my all time favorite sushi roll that I wish was offered everywhere! It has such a nice combination of flavors. That lemon slice is edible -- eat the whole thing! The lemon adds a nice tang to the salmon and the salmon roe add a nice burst of saltiness. Philadelphia Roll: typical Philly roll but there is a slightly more generous proportion of salmon in the roll compared to some other sushi joints. Veggie Tempura Roll: The veggies are nicely breaded with tempera and wrapped in the sushi roll. There is a light crunch to eat bite which I appreciate. However, the sauce that is drizzled on top is a bit sweet in my opinion and I would have appreciated a little less of it.
