Firehouse makes a good sandwich at a reasonable price. I like the BBQ Brisket sandwich or the Steak and Cheese. The meat is tender and the flavor is great. I've been to Firehouse many times and I've always had a consistently good experience. I'll keep comming back.

The new York steamer is my favorite, love the Italian dressing and provolone!!!!! The king hawian pulled pork is absolutely fantastically delicious and should be made a staple at firehouse.Parking: Very limited shared parking area

Went mid week for dinner. Got the Italian sub and the kids' meal ham n cheese. Customer service was non-existent. Kid didn't complain about meal, mine however was soggy in the 10 to 15 minutes it took to get home. I've never had such a sweet italian sandwich before. No thanks, and for the price i was disappointed. Won't be back.(Was clean inside, tho, so there's that. )

I loved the Jerk Turkey! Would 100% order again.I was very disappointed by the customer service. I asked politely if I could get extra pickles with my order. I even stated that I would be willing to pay extra.They gave me angry looks and it felt very judgemental. I would have been okay if they just said "No." But they made it feel like I was asking a dumb question. To their credit, they gave me an additional pickle with my sandwich, but it felt very angry and not without condescension.I'm likely going to come back when I am in the area. Because I can chalk this up to the employees having a bad day or something. But the way I felt treated in that exchange felt unreasonable. I'm hoping the next time I'm here, that the experience is better.

Went in placed the order asked for no lettuce or tomato, simple sandwich meat cheese and bread with mayo. Get the sandwich and it has tomato and lettuce, kindly go back and just say hey we ordered no tomato or lettuce. Guy behind the counter clearly hates his job and had nothing but attitude. Maybe if he listened to simple direction he wouldn’t have messed up the first time and wouldn’t have had to remake it. If I’m gonna pay for it I want it how I ordered it. His attitude was unnecessary, I didn’t give him attitude for messing up and I easily could have.
Can't go wrong with Firehouse. Sandwich was delicious and was served up hot and quick.

Food was amazing for starters.Only 4 stars because the customer service was not the best.When we ordered we told the employee (Elisha) we wanted a plain turkey and cheese sub because we were going to give it to our dog. Our younger daughter changed her mind on what type of bread she wanted and asked politely if she could change it to wheat and he made it very obvious when he rolled his eyes at his coworker about it. We went outside to sit at the table until our food was ready, a customer came outside and said “they have a question for you”. Why 1 of the 3 employees we saw couldn’t walk outside instead of sending a customer is unknown. I went back inside and someone said “is this turkey and cheese for your dog?” I told them yes and went to sit back down.We picked up our food and went to eat outside, we ended up with a bowl of a few pieces of turkey with melted cheese. When I asked about the bread they looked confused then inconvenienced when I asked for the bread seeing how I paid for a whole sub.

Inedible. Soggy. Smelled so bad my wife across the kitchen from me told me please throw that in the garbage, outside, because I'm going to gag. Sandwich maker spilled the Italian dressing? and ruined this thing. I won't be back.
