I find it hard to believe that I can ask for no mayo upwards of 3 times and get mayo on BOTH sides of the sandwich instead. Worst part is, not even worth going back to have it corrected. I wont be purchasing from here again though.

Most incompetent group of bafoons to ever run a KFC/A&W - don’t ever accept a doordash order here. They don’t communicate with each other and have u waiting 20 minutes for something that was already canceled. Every time I go here, there’s a number of upset guests before me and when it comes my turn, looks like I’m the next one to get disappointed. Terrible service. No communication with the customers or each other. And insane wait times. I’ve boycotted this restaurant.

Me as a customer was treated with no care the biscuits were not cooked all the way ,the chicken tasted like someone doesn’t know how to do their job, and they didn’t know how to pick up their phone I am highly disappointed in this
I took my wife to kfc and the best mgr was not working this night, however a couple employees arguing in back near open exit door,and also wifes chicken meal was solid greasy which got her in the restroom right about twenty minutes later, my cod fish n chips was highly dissapointing having so much oil, the cashier and manager would not allow us to buyba extra cod piece to my meal . If mgr eric was there,all this would be perfect,I can see that well have to be more selective of a new place to eat,that treats customers correctly. A very dissapointin4g time.

I ordered online...it said add a side. Only one option. I added mash potatoes and gravy. This is what I got. Small and not even enough for 1 adult. Very misleading. Be careful what you pick.
