Went via drive thru for happy meal. Used McDonald's app for points and free item. Lady taking order obviously couldn't hear very well. Kept asking me to repeat myself. Asked for ranch sauce, was charged .20 cents without knowing. I usually order on kiosk inside and get as many sauces as I want no charge. Next time cashier should tell if extra charge is ok w customers. Happy meal small milkshake upgrade over 9.00?. Can't afford to go much anymore. Very disappointing

Yes yet again they made my daily double WRONG I ordered 2 daily doubles ex cheese no lettuce NO ONIONS ex pickles no bun I got most of what I ordered but on had ex onions and no pickles the other one had tomatoes and 2 slice of cheese instead of extra and no pickles. I MEAN MY LORD HOW HARD IS IT TO TO READ A SCREEN. AND FOLLOW WITH WHAT IS REQUESTED. IM. SORRY BUT I AM FONE ORDERING THREW THIS ESTABLISHMENT.GOOD BYE MCDONALDS

I have gone to this location for 4 years now do to convenience but will no longer eat there. I have been shorted items 1 out of 10 visits. I'd estimate i have paid for thousands of $$ of food & been shorted hundred of $$ worth of items. Yesterday was the final time. My receipt was time stamped 10:27 AM & did not receive my food until 10:49 AM. I asked for my money back twice & each time they just walked away. When they finally brought my food it was all cold as well as my coffee being cold plus was missing half my items & they just said "sorry breakfast is over now". This corporation can be happy knowing they've ripped me off for a few hundred dollars but I'm just done & over it. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes each way to use burger King instead.

This mcdonalds couldnt care any less about the quality of food they sell, have regularly gotten cold soggy fries with meals for a few years now. I also completely stopped ordering anything special, or even plain for that matter because of the lack of ability to put food together any burgers in any order other than the very base item. Would not recomend taking your kid out for a meal here, they will be disapointed.
The staff makes this place! Welcoming and friendly! So refreshing!I think McDonalds has had some shrinkage…buns seem smaller, fish patties smaller.., who shrunk the fries?! ? Prices didn’t shrink, they grew.McDonald’s is McDonald’s…food is consistent.Place was clean. Tons of parking. In and out dining!

I use the app, I like the Mocha Frappe. It would be nice is they didn't always have an e cuse for why this item isn't available ...broken, being cleaned, shut down for the night, not turned on yet, out of mocha mix ....

I think this is one of the greatest McDonald's. First off, the staff was incredibly friendly, and one of them even stopped by to inquire on the flavor. Two, the food was neat and hot, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also offered us an additional quarter-pounder and three extra big beers. This McDonald's has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I think this McDonald's is better than the god Applebee's. Without a doubt, I would recommend this specific McDonald's.
