Ordered over $60 in food, all the sandwiches were made wrong. Called the store, had to call back a few times, they were picking up the phone then hanging up. Final Mason answered, let them know the order was wrong, asked if they would remake them. Mason asked Brandon? Then tells me "not our problem call tomorrow". Mangerment and owner will be made aware of this.

Ordered delivery. Delivered to the wrong home as per the picture the driver sent us. Called the store and the employee (who I learned later was named Brandon) continued to pick up the phone and hang it up without a word. I finally drove out there, was told they were closed (they weren’t), and Brandon said they can’t do anything about the delivery orders. I had to ask for the managers name three times before he would give it.

I ordered a turkey sandwich at the window, went home and found a roast beef sandwich instead. I called them thinking they would apologize and tell me to come back so they can make me the right sandwich. Instead they told me that I needed to bring back the wrong sandwich and see if I'll be eligible for a remake. I went to the store with my wrong sandwich and they tell me that I'm wrong and that I did in fact order a roast beef sandwich. Obviously I'm not trying to get an extra sandwich I brought back the wrong sandwich to get a new one. Overall they were about to say "sorry but you ordered the wrong sandwich and there is no remake" they had to text there manager to see if I can get the right sandwich??? There was a young girl there eating food and texting her boss hanging out in the back. Where is the customer sevice??? I'm not going back there.ALSO I paid for a roast beef sandwich which is a couple dollars more than a turkey sandwich and they wouldn't refund me for the extra money I paid for the wrong sandwich. So today I paid for a $11 6inch turkey sandwich.

The lady at the window was super nice, however I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here.. not sure if it was the sandwich or the fountain drink that did it but I'd be cautious either way.

They don't honor the coupons you get in mail...they blame it on corporate....

Overall not a bad place for a bite, pretty generic sandwich shop, they don't take coupons so be warned if you want to use a Subway coupon all the ones around this area are run by the same folks and don't take the coupons, ordering from the App can be hit or miss, I don't think they always look at the notes section so if you have specific requests they will sometimes be missed, also parking in this shopping center is terrible, the nice things are that you will have a pretty predictable food experience for the most part, Subway is pretty strict as far as portions and ingredients

The dude with the red hair didn’t even toast my sandwich still cold and he has curly ahhh hair. Bro the manager ay no way their debit card machine wouldn’t work and I had to pay in cash cuh. Had to remove my coke and subway with coke slaps so ay no way this coming back cuz this place is a huge L.

With the price of everything these days I don't eat out much but decided to treat myself. I wish I had saved my money. They are so skimpy on toppings! I asked for tomato and pickles and barely got any. I took my sandwhich home and added pickles to it. It was over 13 dollars for one sandwich. I shouldn't have to add anything myself.

We were overcharged for a 12" sandwich. That is like $15. When my husband went back in (maybe) 10 minutes later, the employee said there was nothing that she could do about it. She did acknowledge that she overcharged us, but would not make it right or let us know what could be done to make it right. She would not contact a manager or tell my husband when the manager would be working next. Super disappointing!!!!
