Prices are crazy high with the cheapest sub on the menu being $9. If you look to the right above the register they have some things that go down to $7. The employee took forever to make my food too.

Overall it was a normal subway except for the red head that did not look very happy. She did not greet my party nor the group that came in behind us. The other girl, who was doing other tasks, came out, greeted us and helped us quickly, and with a great attitude.

Picking up my order today and a lady was in front of me asking about her online order. The worker then argued with the lady stating they never received it, upon the woman showing her the order confirmation and everything the worker then says someone came in and took it. You would think they would replace the order or refund her? You’d be wrong, the woman was belittled and essentially told that she couldn’t prove the person that took the order wasn’t affiliated with the customer so she could come back tomorrow and talk with the manager but that was it. The woman had a $75 order, $75!!! That’s a big order to just let someone walk out with it, and to state to the customer “dont get mad at me, I’m just the worker” is absolutely ridiculous, exactly, your the worker, your the one who needs to make sure an order is there for the customer themselves, not some rando off the street. And to top it off there was at least 20 people in line at subway at the time, and the worker was yelling at the customer in front of all of them. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing for that poor woman.

They forgot the mayonnaise and the bread was burnt. We didn't even order it toasted, because we were looking forward to fresh soft bread. Very disappointing. So, burnt bread with no mayonnaise equals hard dry bread and an unsatisfying sandwich.

Ordered delivery. Delivered to the wrong home as per the picture the driver sent us. Called the store and the employee (who I learned later was named Brandon) continued to pick up the phone and hang it up without a word. I finally drove out there, was told they were closed (they weren’t), and Brandon said they can’t do anything about the delivery orders. I had to ask for the managers name three times before he would give it.

Decent. Not the best, not the worst. Seen better, seen worse. The employees make no effort to be friendly or make conversation. I work in fast food, I get it, but I also don't think it's hard to make an interaction enjoyable. Also the last time I came here the Olives were sour. Other than that, it was just... fine.
