This location of Birrieria Tijuana in Cheney, is the best in the Spokane Area. They understand English; which is a plus! They are very engaging, positive, and are supremely focused on customer service and the food is fantastic; fresh, hot, and delicious.It was a lot chilly in their facility, it's a smaller place with a couple doors to get in on either side, so it creates a bit of a draft situation, so if you go in there to eat might want to dress warmly during the chillier months. I suspect it may be a bit warmer in the summer months but I will let you know.Other than that a delightful experience with folks who seem to like their jobs, like people, and understand customer service.I highly recommend eating there at time that aren't popular, it gets busy fast during traditional times.Highest recommendation!

Incredible food. Authentic posole, and birria cheese tacos are so delicious and bigger than I had planned. But I manned up and ate it all. Great place. Parking sucks, but expected for an authentic birria taco place.
