Love their burgers. We eat here when we get a fast food craving and have never had an issue with service.The only problem I have ever had is their root beer often tastes diluted down compared to other places. If they fix that, then I have zero complaints.

I get that some days are better than others, but one of the workers need serious teaching on proper customer service. Rolling your eyes, down talking, and trying to escalate something for no reason is beyond unprofessional. If you don't like your job, then seek another instead of being passive-aggressive just because you feel like it. I definitely don't plan on going back, and I'll be sure my family doesn't either.

Food was very over priced. Ordered from my car and after leaving we open our bag of food and one of the two bags of fries we really cold while the other fries we hot and fresh. We were to far from the resturant to return the cold fries.

Had 2 of the chicken wraps-one ranch and the other BBQ. Couldn't tell which was which since hardly any sauce on either one and barely any lettuce and isn't supposed to have cheese and onion? Didn't have either one. Absolute waste of money. Fries were old n soggy. This location sucks as far as their quality. Workers just don't care. Pathetic

I have stopped here in Cheney twice in the last month. Both bad experiences but after the first experience of poor service and cold fries I decided to give a second chance. This evening I went through drive thru and waited and waited to order then waited and waited to get my food. Saw only two customers inside so was not sure of the hold up. Once I received my food from once again a rude young lady I had cold fries and after asking for no lettuce on my burger I had lettuce that smelled rotten and made the whole burger taste horrible. No more business from me at the Cheney WA. Store

I'd understand if there's a skeleton crew, but nobody even opened the window to give a heads up.When they did open I was charged for additional food I didn't ask for. I ended up getting refunded for the extra, but definitely not impressed.

I went to the drive thru in Cheney to take my husband a double western burger. When I got home to give him his food, the burger had no buns, no bbq sauce and 3 over cooked patties. We live too far away for me to take it back for them to make it right.

I've never really had a great experience at this location. Whether it being my order being wrong or just the bad attitudes I encounter from the employees, is always a sour experience. And now today, I walk up to the doors at 6:50am and is still locked almost an HOUR past when they are supposed to be open. If you have ANY other option than this Carl's Jr location, choose that.
