Very slow to get orders out. Only 1 girl preparing sandwiches while another just stood there lost and confused-assuming she was new but with that said she took no initiative to do anything. Very unorganized process. At least once we finally got our order it was correct, last time it was not. Seems the workers have no clue when they actually have to work when it gets busy. Blame manager for lackluster training.

Please be better about scheduling your staff. Only two people were working on Sunday and severely understaffed. They were clearly struggling trying to take orders and getting people their food. Sat in the drive thru for one hour with five cars in line. 3 in front of me. Not blaming the staff. Blaming the management. Felt really bad for the staff that were working there.

They never include what I ask. They never do extra lettuce, or cut them in half when asked to do. The turkey was so thin I could see the bread. I spend 60$ a week and its just gotten worse. No more.

You used to get relatively good value at JJs, but recently the portions of meat have become almost un-tastable. This last sandwich had 3 small single slices of turkey folded in half. Who can afford an $18 (combo +tip) LETTUCE and bread sandwich with turkey and tomato?If I happen to go again I’ll get a photo.
Freaky fast? As I was the only person in line , I still waited over 10 min for two little John sandwiches. As I sat, I watched the line behind me pile up and people leave

Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Was told they were out of all breads besides the kids size. Ordered anyways and got up to the window for them to “forget” our order and have to reorder. Took another 7 minutes to even get our card ran. Extremely disappointed as no one even offered an apology, but we’re not lacking on the excess attitude by the 3 employees we did interact with. Will not be back.

We came through the drive thru at the Cheney location and ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. After paying, the cashier walked away for a while, then returned to the window several minutes later to close it without saying anything to us. Even more minutes go by and he comes around the corner inside, looks out at us, then walks away again. We watched a good 5+ cars go through the car wash while we waited. We ordered at about 1:20 and didn't actually leave with our food until about 30 minutes later. When they finally did bring us our sandwiches, they just handed them to us with no explanation beyond a thank you for waiting. At the very least they could have told us there would be a wait, but the most communication we got was at the speaker.I had already paid, so pulling away from the window with a $38 soda wasn't something I really wanted to do. By the time we left, there were multiple cars behind us who were starting to pull out of the line and give up it was taking so long.
