New to the area this is the only McDonalds by me. I usually go to the gym and then come get and ice cream with a small fry. YES!! I SAID GYM AND THEN MCDONALD’S. Whatever let me live. ANYWAYS!! I’ve notice the quality in the fries the last 4-5 times was not it. So tonight I got a large with no salt. TELL ME WHYYYY they dumped old fries back in the grease instead of just making news and the best part was they DIDNT HAVE ICE CREAM. How about that no ice cream hmmmmm sounds like they shut it down early. Not sure IF ITS PERSONAL but I didn’t think it was that hard to make fries. No worries though because I will not be returning

Came this afternoon and i know it’s mcdonald’s not some fancy restaurant but the service was insanely horrific. I work in customer service, I can understand rushes but the woman covered in tattoos with gapped teeth and black hair at the 2nd window is something else. She was very rude, didn’t talk to me whatsoever just handed over food and proceeded to stop to show her coworkers some photos on her phone. Then she spilled my coffee which isn’t a huge deal, made me pull over to a parking space and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get another coffee, which I don’t think takes 10 minutes to make. No apology, nothing.

It's McDonalds. The food has been the same since the 90s. The only difference is that we used to get a lot more back then. The food I ordered ended up being reheated fries. They were super stale. I ordered my kids' happy meals. They forgot the sauce for those. There was no smiling towards us, and they seemed like they just wanted us gone. We were also the only people in line when we showed up, so I am not sure why they were acting as such. The people are usually nice, but I understand bad days, but again, I'm not sure why they were cold towards us.

The drive-thru only takes 1 order and helps 1 car at a time while 5 to 6 cars line up. When you get up there, they don’t take your order from 5 to 15 minutes. The employees are extremely rude and the food has been messy and cold. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months as I live in Cheney but today was at an all time high of bad service, food, and a very long wait.

General consensus, worst/slowest drive thru ever. Every time I've gone I have to pull forward and wait for my food, even when there is nobody there. Whomever is running the lunch shift needs to actually care. Even when I went inside once, I wanted to pay with cash and nobody came to register despite being seen by a few workers. I walked out. Go to Taco Bell, they tend to do better in my experience.
