Tried to use a Papa Murphy's coupon that I had on my phone, I assumed that their own coupon would work when I ordered and payed for the pizza in person. I showed the employee the coupon and he said ok, then the lady making the pizza said " We don't take random coupons from the internet " I tried to explain that it was one of your own coupons but the another lady came from the back and said they only take coupons like that if you order online through their system. So buyer beware that they have a weird coupon policy. I will say the pizza tasted good but I wont shop there for a while because I didn't appreciate the employees attitude's.

Horrible service the employee was very rude and asked me for my name multiple times making fun of it, and was asking if I can pay for my food??? He kept staring at me and and made feel unsafe.
I am staying at the Holiday Inn express Hotel and had a pizza delivered. Not realizing it was completely uncooked. DoorDash said nothing. The restaurant said nothing. How am I going to cook a pizza in my hotel room this place is for the birds I’d like to use other words. I’m sure this is not the first time this is happened when I called they answered and said they were closed and hung up.

The new Calzones and meatballs are absolutely great. Airfryed the calzone at 370° for 6 minutes on one side, flipped it over for two minutes and my sausage, mushroom, mixed onions and pepperoni was perfect and delicious!!

Put chicken on a pizza that had it removed. Showed receipt, and nothing. Had to buy a replacement. No thanks.
Like so many other businesses since the pandemic customer service has went downhill. Waiting for an order that was already done, watching a grouchy lady making walk-in orders and refusing to even acknowledge my presence until I yell hey is my order ready yet. Not even a hello or have a nice day. Sticking to Rosas next time.

Personally, I feel like every pizza parlor tastes a bit different from their competitor. I LOVE PIZZA!! I highly recommend Papa Murphy's!! You can't really get any fresher than this!! Yes, you have to bake it at home, but, that way you get to enjoy straight out of your oven!! Everybody is always super nice!! The Papa Murphy's on Francis in Spokane is another great one!! So very nice!! I do NOT, however, recommend going to the Papa Murphy's at Northpointe. Asked me repeatedly how I wanted it (which is fine), but then to totally get it all wrong was pretty ridiculous. They were rude when I tried to get it how I ordered it, AND they overcharged me by about $10 or more. Wouldn't address that issue either. Soooooo, yes I highly recommend PaPa Murphy's. I just wouldn't go to the one up North at Northpointe....; )

Staff are very nice as well as the manager, fast and accurate orders, never had a issue here and the prices are extremely affordable.
