The female with the black/white/blue braids was extremely rude & moody. She even lied to me about putting in my rewards number, she just said she did. She's not a good customer service person. No personality, not even a smile. Just RBF.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time so I could be on time to work, when I got there the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive through where there were already 8 cars. I ended up having to leave my drink or I was going to be late to work. disappointed, defeated the purpose of a mobile order

It's star bucks. Makes some decent drinks and the business will drink up your bucks. Go to West Plains Roasters, or Mason Jar. The best drink at star bucks in my opinion is their Chai and blonde nitro brew!✌

It's ok they don't carry alot of flavors so that why I'm low on the star rating because apparently as a corporate company they don't have Irish cream or kalluah also in the summer they used to have a smores cookie but it's not the same as it used to be

Nice open indoor seating area. Felt pretty comfortable. The baristas are on top of their game here and my drink was as expected, which is something that I love about Starbucks (no matter where I am, I will always get consistency with my coffee--just don't drink Pike Place). The drive-thru is pretty busy, but I ordered ahead and then popped in to get my drink. Works perfectly.
I went to the Starbucks inside Safeway this morning and it was the best coffee I have had from a Starbucks in months! I wish I could have taken the time to learn the persons name. They are always so friendly and fast with delicious results!

While traveling, I purposefully waited to stop here to have a pit stop so I could get Starbucks snacks and coffee. However, they refuse restrooms to their customers. I realize it is a covid precaution, but other restaurants that have counter service have their restrooms open. I wasnt even able to order because I had to go find a restroom to wash up in and use after traveling. Very disappointed that Starbucks would refuse the use of their restrooms when hygiene is of upmost importance.

The employees at this particular Starbucks are some of the nicest and most genuine people I've met in a while. They are very patient and kind, it is very easy to speak with them
