This used to be one of the best taco bells in the spokane area, but recently they've had this habit of sprinkling lettuce in their quesodillas. It's super gross and there isn't really a way to pick them out. It's a stupid complaint but I am currently eating like my twentieth quesodilla with lettuce in it in a row.Check that, last time I ordered I put in the special instruction to not put lettuce in it and they didn't, but I really shouldn't have to.

The prices have gotten horrendously out of control. The taste is good and the service is usually alright, but I feel Taco Bell has strayed from it’s staple, affordable fast food prices. I miss being able to get significantly more for significantly less. It deters me from visiting anywhere near as much as I used to.
Ew I worked here, and the dishes were all black. They throw food in the dish washing sink without clearing the food and let the sink wash the dishes with food still in it. Inflation is stupid because much as cost of living goes up they send the crew home early before their schedule is not over, and what is the point of saying full time when you don't even work 20 hours a week, more like 10. The managers are snobby. Glad I found a better high class job. I worked at a different TB before, but this location in Cheney is nasty. And management is wack. The food handling is even more nasty. I would never support this location. you don't got to believe "cause I use to work there," but that is alright. looks like the other 1 star reviews are accurate. Go make yourself a good clean taco at home or quesadilla at home.

ok so with fast food i think it’s fairly normal to have a wide variety of experiences. i’ve been a faithful customer at the expense of my meager college budget for a few months now and then and i’ve gotta say that i’ve been appreciative of the service at this taco bell. there’s been a couple times where the food was a bit thrown together for sure but oftentimes for the evening shift i’ve felt that my items were filled more than usual and made well. but beyond just that, once i got double charged and the people were very helpful in getting me a refund as well as offering a free drink. the manager assessed the situation and was very kind and professional. that’s customer service. fast food quality may always be hit and miss, but i’ve appreciated the times i’ve eaten here:) cheers to late night studies and cravings menu orders ✌?

This location has gone downhill recently. The past 10 times we have come for breakfast we've been told they are out of eggs and we end up leaving. When we have come for lunch or dinner it's been hit or miss whether we will get our order done correctly or not. It's just a bummer since there are so few options in
