Very disappointed I ordered from here through door dash and the serving size was very very small maybe half a scoop per scoop its like they give u less if your not actually going inside not worth the price sadly ? there ice cream is great and great selection only if u would get a actual scoop it would be a awesome place even if you order online or delivery I hope they can fix this cuz we love there ice cream

My sister's order got messed up (partially my fault lmao) but when we called back and came back to get it fixed the service was amazing and everyone was very sweet and understanding and my family and I appreciated it alot and thank you to Trista (I think) for being very kind and understanding overall great experience and great customer service thank you and y'all have a great night ?? and the rest of our order was perfect

Grandchild asked if we could go to Baskin Robins for ice cream. We were out for a bike ride and got right on board for a trip for ice cream. I had the lemon sorbet with a scoop of very strawberry ice cream. What a good choice. Place was busy and clean. We found a table and sat down . While I was paying my sugar cone fell on the counter. With the paper still attached it was slippery. The lady offered me a new cone and I accepted. Thanks. My son in law ordered the lemon sorbet and grand daughter the cotton candy. Then back on our bikes to head back home. Been here a couple times before and the service is always good. Even when they are busy.

Ordered 4 items through door dash, 2 of them being premium sundes which are nearly $8 each. I've gotten these several times only this time they were barely more than half full. Disappointed, I called and told them I had a picture I was happy to text them really quick. He asked me to drive over....no, it's 9 pm and I have 3 kids. He asked me to stop by next time I have time and show them the picture and they may be able to give me a refund or a coupon. I was a bit frustrated at this point, more than ice cream is even worth, and just told him forget it. He was not rude, just not helpful. Disappointed in the customer service.

We ordered 3 scoop sundays. Three scoops does not even fill.half the cup they use! They are charging the same top dollar and serving half the product! A scoop is half what it used to be.

The lady looked a bit annoyed with us because my kids were unsure what they wanted. But to be fair it was pretty busy. The ice cream was good though. This is my family's favorite place for ice cream. It was clean which is always a plus. It was kid friendly. There were about 8 kids running around having a good time so it was loud. But for us that's a good thing!
