This place was fantastic!The staff was friendly and quick to help when we needed it. The rooms were clean. The grounds were very well taken care of and there's a decent amount for you and your kids to do right there on the grounds. The Lone Fir Resort is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and welcoming place we have stayed at. The management go above and beyond in keeping everything maintained, updated and clean. Everyone we have ever talked to have always been friendly, appreciative and very welcoming. The first time we stayed at The Lone Fir was one year ago as of April 1, 2023. Stayed at Lone Fir over a weekend for access to St. Helens trails. There was an issue with the water heater in our rustic hotel room the first night, and when we got back to the room the next day after hiking the staff had taken care of everything. We got back to a handwritten note, and a staff member immediately came over and connected with us to get us to our new room. Really love it at this resort, the staff really cares about the experience, can't wait to be back again!
