Great vegan options! First time trying this spot, I got the vegan breakfast sandwich and was better than I expected. I’m not used to good vegan options around this area and it was really flavorful! Got it with the potato salad on the side and was really yummy!

Located on the corner of a short strip mall near a busy roundabout section in Covington, you can easily miss it if you don't slow down. Bruchelle's large windows brings in a lot of great lighting and their outdoor patio is a must on a sunny day. I loved the cute touch of fresh flowers on the tables. I stopped by for a quick wheat bagel with honey almond cream cheese! It was so delicious! I devoured it before I could reach my destination - a warm bagel bite with sweet flavor and the right almond crunch in every bite.

Stopped in for the first time on my way to church this morning. Cute little place with prompt, friendly service. The lady behind the counter was quick to take my order, and when I said it was, "To go," she asked which car I'd be waiting in. Subtle, but I think that's because it isn't huge inside, and they'd rather keep the space open for inside diners. Fair enough. I ordered a plain bagel with smoked salmon spread. The bagel was toasted and had a nice chew to it. But the salmon spread had onions in it and they tasted old, with that distinct metallic "old onion" taste that was most unpleasant. If I'd been eating there, I'd probably have said something but I was down the road and it wasn't worth turning around to complain. Anyway, they offer several different types of bagels with a variety of spreads, so I'm eager to give them another try -- just not with the smoked salmon spread. Hours are a bit unusual: they're closed Mondays (though that's pretty common in the restaurant industry), but open at 10 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, so no hope of getting bagels to bring in to work. Saturdays and Sundays they open at 8, and they have a bit of a bar so if you were inclined to sip a Mimosa with your bagel, they could probably make that happen.

This is a wonderful spot for breakfast or lunch. Their coffee is terrific and their food is awesome.

We were really excited to try this place and potentially make it part of a weekend routine but the bagels were just okay, the presentation was kind of rough and the pricing was a little odd. Would try it again but it wasn't everything we'd hoped for.

A nice surprise to find this spot. I must've driven by here a hundred times and didn't even notice the place. They have great coffee! They have everything you could want on a bagel sand. This is the kind of place where someone had an idea and it doesn't matter what the idea was, because they executed it with passion. Not long ago, a bagel only shop may have seemed a risky biz. But now there are a handful of them doing well. While sipping I saw they have alcoholic drinks and on the Yelp page I saw live music. I could only say one negative thing and that was it does take a bit to get your food. But I will definitely return.

Waited 15 minutes for two plain bagels with cream cheese, and when they gave them to me they were cold, disappointing.

Just found this place about two weeks ago and it's one of my new favorites!! Super tasty bagels and sandwiches. A charcuterie board that can please any wine enthusiast. Cocktails, beer and more. Service was great and they have live music on Friday's.

They just don't have anything special. Not sure why they're very popular, nothing seems to be cooked in the kitchen only thrown together. Bagels are from a small individual baker we saw her bring them in for the workers. Overall it's a small area, the drinks are exactly what they describe, like a Hawaiian mimosa. Had a shot of rum, champagne and pineapple juice. Really just not a place worth it to return. My Turkey sandwich was good, came with potato chips which are not cooked there, but from a bag. My husbands Philly had not a good flavor and was kind of embarrassing to be called that. Carmelo ex onions were definitely cooked a couple days ahead and then when needed warmed.

Great little local spot. Solid drinks. Bagels are good. But the folks who run it are even better. They also do an excellent job showcasing local musicians so if you're looking for something to do, check them out.
